La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'assemblage, notamment pour des constructions de panneaux préfabriqués.
L'invention concerne plus spécialement un dispositif pour l'assemblage de murs dits en béton léger, à ossature porteuse intégrée,

revêtues d'un parement de finition.
Par béton léger, on entend ceux constitués par exemple pour l'agrégat de nodules légers, argile expansée, verre expansé, charges minérales ou végétales, et pour le liant, des résines polyuréthanes, phénoliques, donnant lieu à formation de mousses rigides.
Suivant l'invention, le dispositif est caractérisé par le fait qi'il comprend, d'une part,
- une broche de verrouillage mobile pouvant être insérée dans un espace ménagé dans l'épaisseur de la partie de chant de deux côtés de panneaux à assembler, cette broche étant pourvue de clavettes disposées
de préférence par paires, de part et d'autre de l'axe de la broche, suivant une répartition étagée, d'autre part,
- des goujons en disposition étagée correspondante sur les poteaux d'armature desdits panneaux, les clavettes venant simultanément en prise avec les goujons lors de l'insertion de la broche dans l'espace réservé entre les chants des panneaux à raccorder, lesdites clavettes ayant un profil tel qu'elles assurent lors de l'insertion de la broche de verrouillage le rapprochement puis l'immobilisation des panneaux dans leur position d'assemblage définitive.
Suivant une autre caractéristique de l'invention, les clavettes de verrouillage de la broche se présentent sous la forme générale
d'équerre avec une branche solidaire de la branche et une branche libre,
la face interne de la branche libre étant formée d'une rampe inclinée

L'invention concerne également les panneaux pourvus du dispositif d'assemblage conforme ou similaire au précédent.

La figure 1 est une vue montrant l'ensemble d'une broche de verrouillage du dispositif d'assemblage. La figure 2 est une vue en perspective avec parties arrachées <EMI ID=3.1>
Suivant l'invention, ainsi que représenté aux figures annexées, le dispositif d'assemblage trouve une application particulièrement avantageuse à l'assemblage de murs en béton léger à ossature porteuse intégrée. Une partie de cette ossature est montrée sur la figure 2 sous forme de poteaux désignés respectivement par les références 1 et 11. Ces poteaux peuvent être, comme dans l'exemple représenté, des profilés métalliques ou encore des poteaux bois.
Quel que soit le mode d'exécution adopté, chaque poteau comporte dans sa partie médiane une rainure qui s'étend sur toute la longueur de la face de contact du panneau. Un tel panneau peut être constitué par exemple d'une ame 8a en béton léger. Un tel béton léger

les plus courants sont des billes de verre expansé ou encore des nodules d'argile expansée. Le liant de ce béton léger est constitué le plus souvent par une résine polyuréthane ou phénolique, se présentant, à l'état expansé, sous forme de mousses rigides-.
Les rainures 2 des deux poteaux venant àassemblage par leur face de contact forment un passage pour une broche d'assemblage 3 que
l'on a représenté dans son ensemble Figure 1.
La broche d'assemblage est pourvue d'une série de clavettes saillantes 4, susceptibles de venir en prise avec des goujons de blocage 5 disposés dans les rainures 2 ménagées sur la face d'assemblage des côtés des panneaux à réunir.
Dans l'exemple d'exécution représenté Figure 2, on a montré dans une coupe partielle la broche 3 en position d'assemblage verrouillée avec les poteaux verticaux 1 et 1. de deux panneaux.
Ce mode d'assemblage est plus particulièrement conçu pour la réunion de panneaux droits.

Le dispositif d'assemblage convient, non seulement à l'assembla:; de panneaux droits, mais également à l'assemblage de panneaux d'angles.
Dans ce cas, les clavettes de verrouillage de la broche 3 pourront être asymétriques, l'une des clavettes d'une paire présentant une branche plus longue pour permettre de placer le goujon de verrouillage correspondant suffisamment loin dans l'épaisseur d'un poteau dans . la rainure duquel est insérée ladite clavette pour obtenir un assemblage sans défaut.
Suivant une caractéristique particulière de l'invention,
les goujons 5 qui coopèrent avec les clavettes 4 de la broche d'assemblage sont insérés dans l'épaisseur de poteaux bois ou métal des panneaux de manière à constituer un moyen de prise logé dans la rainure 2 de chaque poteau. Les goujons 5 sont insérés dans l'épaisseur des poteaux avant mise en place des surfaces de recouvrement 8, qui sont par exemple des parements de finition s'appliquent aussi bien sur les faces internes
que les faces externes des panneaux de construction.
Bien entendu, l'invention n'est pas limitée aux exemples
