En outre l'effort nécessaire au déplacement de l'articulation tournante ou basculante doit être aussi faible que possible et demeurer constante dans tout le domaine des tolérances permises. 

  
A cet effet, suivant l'invention, l'une des deux pièces à relier l'une à l'autre de façon étanche comporte un joint fait de fibres artificielles dressées appliqué par le procédé de projection de fibres orientées connu dans la technique sous le nom de flocage. Ce joint est avantageusement constitué par un support souple dont une face est auto-adhésive ou encollée, tandis que sur l'autre sont disposées les fibres artificielles dressées.
