<EMI ID=2.1>

used for this purpose ".
The invention relates to a method of erecting a building.
The object of the invention is to prescribe a method allowing a considerable acceleration of the operations aimed both at the construction of the shell and at its completion.
<EMI ID = 2.1>
the use of facade panels intended * to be placed end
end and on top of each other, and fixing in this frame panel for a bay or a projecting door
outward a sufficient distance to allow completion of the exterior face of the panel with plaster or facing bricks.
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the aforementioned panels are completed, before their assembly, on the internal face thereof, so as to be able to align the adjacent panels with one another from the internal face thereof. .
A detail of the invention resides in the fact that the aforementioned frame is mounted in an adjustable manner so as to be able to adapt the distance which separates this frame from the panel on which it is mounted.
The invention also relates to the panels used in accordance with the method.
Other details and features of the invention will emerge from the description which will be given below of a process for constructing the facade of a building and of the panels used for this purpose. This description is given only by way of example and does not limit the invention. The reference notations relate to the attached figures.
FIG. 1 illustrates in a perspective view, with partial break-away, a first embodiment of the invention. FIG. 2 illustrates in a perspective view, with partial break-away, a second embodiment of the invention.
In the two cases illustrated by the aforementioned figures, use is made of factory-cast panels 1, the rear face of which is completed according to known techniques, with an insulating mat 2 and a finishing layer 3 which can be
a layer of plaster. The panels 1 are assembled
next to each other and on top of each other. They align with each other by their internal face. The external face which is not completed does not allow and does not require this alignment.
The use of one-level-high panels allows rapid progress in building the facade
and also many interior finishing works, since the site is quickly sheltered from bad weather. The panels are bonded together using the usual techniques which are not the subject of the present patent application.
The frames 4 are factory mounted on angles 5 and this in an adjustable manner so that the outer face of the frames emerges correctly
either the facing wall 6. or the coating 7 applied on site. Thanks to this design it is once again possible to speed up the work of the finishing phase of
the facade. To raise the facing wall 6, it is possible to work at various levels with a scaffolding which moves laterally along the framework of the building. The same technique can be used for the coating of the panels 1 using a coating 7. This coating can be applied or sprayed onto
a mesh 8, for example by gunning.
When facing bricks are used, hooking irons 9 known under the name of "Schleck" irons or projecting metal elements 10 are used, in the first case to keep the facing wall at the required distance from the edges. panels, as is commonly done, and in the second to provide support at a brick height that <EMI ID = 3.1>
It will be noted that the acceleration of the construction of a facade is considerably reinforced by the use of panels completed on their interior face.
and by the prior arrangement and in the factory of the frames 4 intended for the bays and doors. The presence of these frames, projecting, on the face to be completed of these panels allows the facade to be finished at an accelerated rate.
The continuity of the completion work, either for the construction of a facing wall, or for the realization of a layer of plaster 7 on a mesh would not be possible if the frames 4 were not mounted on the panels 1 , prior to the realization of either the wall 6r or the plaster 7, and this
in an adjustable manner to allow their adaptation to variations in thickness that the outer face of said panels may present.
The invention is not limited to the embodiments described and many modifications could be made to it in particular as regards the number, the arrangement, and the constitution of the elements of interest in its realization.
