The novel cpds. are of formula: (where R1 is H or CH3, R2 is CH2 or C2H5 or R1 and R2 together form -(CH2)4-; R3 and R4 are H, 1-4C alyl or cyclohexyl, or NR3R4 represents 1-pyrrolidinyl, piperidino, 4-methyl-1-piperazinyl or morpholino; x is H, halogen or OCH3; A is -CH= or -C(CH3)= and B is =N- or =CH-, or A is -C(CH2OH)= or -N= and B is =N-). They may be prepd. by reacting the corresp. cpds. in which NR3R4 is replaced by halogen, arylsulphonyl-oxy or alkylsulphonyoxy with HNR3R4, and cpds. in which R3 and R4 are H may be converted to the corresp. dimethylamino cpd. by reaction with HCHO or HCOOH.
