Abstract

The apparatus comprises a computer with a reversible counter connected to an actuating mechanism by an impulse transmitter transforming the movement of the actuating mechanism into a discontinuous signal, and to a unit set at zero belonging to the reversible counter. The latter is also connected to a decoding device, by which the number of impulses determining the extreme position of the distribution valve in established. In its turn, the decoding device is connected to the actuating mechanism by two electronic units limiting the degree of opening and closure and putting the actuating mechanism out of circuit by a control unit when the distribution valve is in extreme positions corresponding to those established by the decoding device. A programming unit connected to the control unit enables the former to isolate the actuating mechanism from an electronic regulator from time to time, and to move the distribution valve to its extreme position. The programming unit locks the unit set at zero belonging to the reversible counter.
