La présente invention a pour objet un gond à visser pour penture de porte, de volet, etc....
Les gonds à visser sont générslenent réalisés en fonte coulée et ont l'inconvénient de présenter, en particulier à l'endroit du filet, des bavures s'étendant suivant l'axe de la vis. Ces bavures présentent l'inconvénient de rendre malaisée la fixation des pivots, En effet, ces bavures

détruisent les chevilles, telles que chevilles en matière plas- tique, employées habituellement pour réaliser cette fixation.
De plus, les pivots en fonte coulée sont fragiles et se brisent souvent., à l'endroit du filet, lors de leur fixation.
L'invention a pour but de remédier à ces inconvénients et de procurer un pivot robuste pouvant être fixé aisément sans risque de 'bris et sans risque d'endommager les chevilles-utilisées pour leur fixation.
A cet effet, suivant l'invention, le gond est constitué d'une vis sans tête obtenue par décolletage et du gond proprement dit fixé à l'extrémité libre de la partie non filetée de la vis, le gond étant fixé de manière à ce que son axe soit perpendiculaire à l'axe de la vis, cette dernière supportant -l'oeil de la penture.
Suivant une forme de réalisation de l'invention, l'extrémité libre susdite de la vis présente un plat s'étendant perpendiculairement à l'axe du gond, ledit plat étant de&tiné à faciliter l'assemblage de la vis et du gond et à supporter l'oeil de la penture sur au moins une partie de son pourtour .
Suivant un mode de réalisation avanta- geux de l'invention, la partie de la vis et la partie du gond sont, au moins à l'endroit de l'assemblage des deux pièces, enrobées.
Suivant une forme de réalisation particulièrement avantageuse de l'invention, l'enrobage susdit présente une face plane entourant le gond, cette face étant perpendiculaire à l'axe du gond et étant destinée à supporter l'oeil de la penture sur tout son pourtour.

Le gond à visser suivant l'invention, montré à la figure 1, est constitué d'une vis sans tête 1 obtenue par décolletage et du gond 2 proprement dit fixé à l'extrémité libre de la partie non filetée de l- vis, l'axe du gond 2 étant perpendiculaire à l'axe de la vis 1, cette dernière supportant l'oeil 4 d'une penture 8. L'extrémité libre j de la vis présente un plat 5 s'étendant perpendicu- lairement à l'axe du gond 2, ce plat 5 étant destiné à faciliter l'assemblage du gond 2 à la vis 1 et à supporter l'oeil 4 de la penture 8 sur au moins une partie de son pourtour,
Suivant l'invention, le gond à visser, montré à la figure 2, est également constitué d'une vis sans tête 1 et d'un gond 2 proprement dit.
Une partie de la vis et une partie du gond sont, à l'endroit de l'assemblage 6, enrobées d'une matière coulée ou injectée, telle que de la fonte, de l'aluminium ou encore une matière plastique. Cet enrobage, qui, d'une part, renforce le gond et, d'autre part,.lui assure une belle présentation, présente une face plane 7 entourant le gond 2, cette face ? étant perpendiculai- re à l'axe du gond et étant destinée à supporter l'oeil 4

de la penture sur tout son pourtour.
Il doit être entendu que l'invention n'est nullement limitée aux formes de réalisation décrites et que bien des modifications peuvent être apportées à ces dernières sans sortir du cadre du présent brevet.
REVENDICATIONS
1. Gond à visser pour penture de porte, de volet, etc..., caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué d'une vis sans tête obtenue par décolletage et du gond proprement dit fixé à l'extrémité libre de la partie non filetée de la vis, le gond étant fixé de manière à ce que son axe soit perpendiculaire à l'axe de la vis, cette dernière supportant l'oeil de la penture.
2, Gond suivant la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité libre susdite de la vis présente un plat s'étendant perpendiculairement à l'axe du gond , ledit plat étant destiné à faciliter l'assem- blage de la vis et du gond et à supporter l'oeil de la penture.
3. Gond suivant l'une ou l'autre des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la partie de la vis et la partie du Gond sont, au moins à l'endroit de l'assemblage des deux pièces, enrobées.
4. Gond suivant la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que les parties.de pièces susdites sont enrobées d'une matière coulée ou injectée, telle que fone, aluminium, matière plastique, etc.
