DISPOSITIF POUR LA FIXATION D'UNE BROSSE A SON MANCHE.
La présente invention est relative à un dispositif pour la fixa- tion d'une brosse à son manche, comportant d'une part un moyen de fixation à la brosse et d'autre part un moyen de fixation au manche.
L'invention a essentiellement pour but de réaliser une fixation solide et pratique de la brosse au dispositif.
A cet effet, le moyen de fixation à la brosse est constitué par deux crochets prévus de part et d'autre de la brosse et retenant le bois de cette dernière.
Dans une forme de réalisation avantageuse de cette même invention, les crochets sont prévus à l'extrémité des deux parties d'un étrier, des moyens de rapprochement de ces deux parties étant prévus.
Dans une forme de réalisation préférée de cette même invention, les deux parties de l'étirer sont prolongées par deux saillies épousant la forme du manche et se rejoignant par une partie supérieure présentant une ouverture pour le passage du manche.
Dans une autre forme de réalisation de l'invention, les crochets sont prévus à l'extrémité des deux parties d'un étrier, ces parties se rejoignant par une partie supérieure présentant une ouverture taraudée dans laquelle se vis- se l'extrémité d'un organe qui est fixé sur l'extrémité du manche.
D'autres détails et particularités de l'invention ressortiront de la description de trois formes de réalisation d'un dispositif pour la fixa- tion d'une brosse à son manche selon l'invention, donnée ci-après à titre d'éxem- ple non limitatif et avec référence aux dessins ci-annexés.

Dans les différentes figures les mêmes notations de référence désignent des éléments identiques.
La forme de réalisation selon les figures 1 et 2 comporte un étrier 1 pourvu de deux crochets 2 qui maintiennent le bois de la brosse. La partie supérieure 3 de l'étrier 1 présente une ouverture taraudée 4 dans la- quelle se visse la tige 5 filetée qui se termine par une buse 6. L'intérieur de cette dernière est légèrement conique. La partie supérieure de cette buse 6 présente une fente 7, ce qui facilite l'introduction du manche ; dernier est fixé dans la buse 6 par l'écrou 8 qui est vissé sur la partie filetée de cette buse 6. Un contre-écrou 9 assure la fixation de la tige 5 dans l'ouver- ture taraudée 4 de l'étrier 1. La partie supérieure 3 de l'étrier 1 est incli- née dans la forme de réalisation représentée aux figures 1 et 2.
Cette incli- naison n'est cependant pas indispensable et elle ne se présente pas si le manche doit être perpendiculaire à la brosse. Dans cette éventualité, la par- tie 3 se trouve au milieu de l'étrier 1 qui est alors symétrique par rapport à l'orifice 4.
La forme de réalisation selon la figure 3 est plus simple que celle selon les figures précédentes, mais n'est pratique que pour les brosses qui ne sont pas inclinées par rapport à leur manche. Elle présente également deux crochets 2 qui se trouvent aux extrémités des deux parties d'un étrier.
Ces deux parties sont prolongées par deux saillies 10 qui épousent la forme du manche et qui se rejoignent par une partie supérieure 11 présentent une ouverture 12 pour le passage du manche. Les saillies 10 serrent le manche. A cet effet, il est prévu un boulon 13 et un écrou 14.
La forme de réalisation selon la figure 4 se rapproche de celle selon la figure 3, mais est conçue pour les brosses dont le manche est incli- né.
L'extrémité du manche se loge dans la buse 15, tandis que le boulon 13 et l'écrou 14 serrent les crochets 2 contre.le bois de la brosse.
Il doit être entendu que l'invention n'est nullement limitée aux formes d'exécution décrites ci-avant et que bien des modifications peuvent y être apportées notamment quant au nombre, à la disposition, à la constitu- tion et à la combinaison des éléments intervenant dans sa réalisation, sans sortir du cadre de la présente demande de brevet.
REVENDICATIONS.
1. Dispositif pour la fixation d'une brosse à son manche, com portant d'une part un moyen de fixation à la brosse et d'autre part un moyen de fixation au manche, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de fixation à la brosse est constitué par deux crochets prévus de part et d'autre de la brosse et re- tenant le bois de cette dernière.

The present invention relates to a device for fixing a brush to its handle, comprising on the one hand a means for fixing to the brush and on the other hand a means for fixing to the handle.
The object of the invention is essentially to achieve a solid and practical attachment of the brush to the device.
For this purpose, the means of attachment to the brush consists of two hooks provided on either side of the brush and retaining the wood of the latter.
In an advantageous embodiment of this same invention, the hooks are provided at the end of the two parts of a stirrup, means for bringing these two parts together being provided.
In a preferred embodiment of the same invention, the two parts of the stretch are extended by two projections conforming to the shape of the handle and joining by an upper part having an opening for the passage of the handle.
In another embodiment of the invention, the hooks are provided at the end of the two parts of a stirrup, these parts joining at an upper part having a threaded opening into which the end of the stirrup is screwed. a member which is attached to the end of the handle.

The embodiment according to Figures 1 and 2 comprises a bracket 1 provided with two hooks 2 which hold the wood of the brush. The upper part 3 of the yoke 1 has a threaded opening 4 into which the threaded rod 5 is screwed which ends in a nozzle 6. The interior of the latter is slightly conical. The upper part of this nozzle 6 has a slot 7, which facilitates the introduction of the handle; The latter is fixed in the nozzle 6 by the nut 8 which is screwed onto the threaded part of this nozzle 6. A lock nut 9 secures the rod 5 in the threaded opening 4 of the yoke 1. The upper part 3 of the caliper 1 is inclined in the embodiment shown in Figures 1 and 2.
This inclination is not essential, however, and it does not occur if the handle must be perpendicular to the brush. In this event, part 3 is located in the middle of caliper 1 which is then symmetrical with respect to orifice 4.
The embodiment according to Figure 3 is simpler than that according to the previous figures, but is only practical for brushes which are not inclined with respect to their handle. It also has two hooks 2 which are located at the ends of the two parts of a caliper.
These two parts are extended by two projections 10 which conform to the shape of the handle and which meet at an upper part 11 have an opening 12 for the passage of the handle. The protrusions 10 clamp the handle. For this purpose, a bolt 13 and a nut 14 are provided.
The embodiment according to Figure 4 is similar to that according to Figure 3, but is designed for brushes with a tilted handle.
The end of the handle fits into the nozzle 15, while the bolt 13 and nut 14 tighten the hooks 2 against the wood of the brush.
It should be understood that the invention is in no way limited to the embodiments described above and that many modifications can be made to it, in particular as regards the number, the arrangement, the constitution and the combination of the. elements involved in its production, without departing from the scope of the present patent application.
CLAIMS.
1. Device for fixing a brush to its handle, comprising on the one hand a means for fixing to the brush and on the other hand a means for fixing to the handle, characterized in that the means for fixing to the brush consists of two hooks provided on either side of the brush and retaining the wood of the latter.
