  Casier en matière   synthétique   pour le transport des bouteilles 
La présente invention concerne un casier en   inaltéré   synthétique pour le transport de bouteilles conçu de manière à éviter lors de son moulage, la formation de tensions internes tout en assurant au casier fini une excellente rigidité et une bonne stabilité. 



   Le casier conforme à l'invention est caractérisé en ce que les épais- saura des parois et du fond sont quasi uniformes dans tous les plans, la rigidité et la stabilité de l'ensemble étant assurée, pour les parois, par des enforcements formant colonne en regard des cloisons et, pour le fond, par des bossages ou des rebords tombants disposés autour des évidements prévus dans le fond des cases.

La figure 1 représente une vue en plan d'un casier dont les parois comportent.des enfoncements en U, la partie supérieure de cette figure reproduisant un fond à bossages, vu d'en bas   pour   la partie gauche et vu d'an haut pour la partie droite, la partie inférieure reproduisant dans le même ordre un casier à fond comportant des rebords tombants circulaires la figure 2 représente deux variantes d'enfoncements des parois ;

   la figure 3 représente une projection verticale galon la coupe AB de la fig. 1 la figure 4 représente une projection verticale partielle selon la coupe EF de la fig. 1 la figure 5 représente une projection verticale partielle selon la coupe CD de la fig. 1 ; la figure 6 une demi-vue de profil d'une paroi latérale d'un casier conforme à l'invention. 



   Dans la figure 1, on voit que les parois longitudinales 1 et latérales 
2 comportent toutes une série d'enfoncements 3 possédant une section en U et formant colonnes de renforcement en regard de toutes les cloisons laté- raies 4 et longitudinales 5. 



   Ainsi qu'il apparaît aux figures 3 et 6, ces enfoncements s'étendent sur toute la hauteur des parois. On remarquera à la fig. 1 que les parois latérales 2 ne comportent pas d'enfoncements en regard de la cloison lon- gitudinale centrale 6 ; ceci pour ménager dans cette zone une poignée de manutention 10 qui sera décrite ultérieurement et, sous cette poignée, une surface de marquage ou d'impression. Mais on pourrait néanmoins prévoir en regard de ladite cloison des enfoncements qui, partant du fond,   s'arrê-   teraient sous la poignée. 



   Le casier conforme aux figures 1, 3 et 6 est légèrement évasé ;cet évasement est tel que le casier peut être placé sur un casier semblable, les branches du profil en U des enfoncements étant superposées, ainsi qu'on peut le voir en 7 à la fig. 3.

Il va de soi que la section des enfoncements peut avoir un profil différent de la forme U ;la fig, 2 en illustre deux variantes possibles, l'une présentant une section angulaire 8, l'autre une section en demi- cercle 9. 



   Une autre particularité du casier réside dans la conception des poignées de manutention   10,   illustrées par les figures 5 et 6 ;ces poignées sont encadrées par un rebord 11 faisant saillie   vers   l'extérieur et dont l'épaisseur est pratiquement la même que celle des parois. 



   On   comprendra   que la réalisation d'un casier dont les parois sont conformes à la description ci-dessus peut être   effectuée   par moulage par injection   à   l'aide d'un moule très simple dont la partie femelle ne comporte pas de   tiroir ,   les poignées étant réalisées grâce à doux noyaux escamotables, 
Le fond 12 du casier est renforcé par des bossages 13, 14, 15,16 située aux angles des cases et sur lesquels reposent les bouteilles.

   Ces bossages forment des cercles dont les centres sont situés aux points d'intersection   17   des cloisons, des demi-cercles autour des pieds des colonnes 3 et aux extrémités des cloisons 4, 5, 6 et des lentilles aux angles du casier, 
Pour alléger le casier et pour faciliter l'écoulement des eaux de condensation ou de nettoyage, des ouvertures 18 sont prévues au fond de chaque case ainsi qu'au milieu 19 des bossages circulaires. Ces dernières ouvertures 19 peuvent correspondre aux évidements 20 des cloisons. 



   Le fond 12 du casier peut encore être renforcé d'une autre manière, ainsi que le montrent la partie inférieure de la figure 1 et la figure 4, 
Dans ce cas, le fond 12 est plat mais légèrement surélevé par rapport à la base des parois 1, 2 du casier., Les ouvertures 18 situées au centre des cases sont munies de rebords 21 tombants Jusqu'au niveau de la base des parois.
