REVENDICATIONS

"Spring to liquidate. The invention relates to a spring to liquidate could, from its rest position, be stressed in traction or in compression *
We already know a liquidated spring in which $ in a housing, slides a piston, with a stop rod where a channel is @ en @ ge and a pistor is again provided.
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
- with throttle channels - with piston rod.
The disadvantage of this arrangement resides above all in the possibility of relatively large losses, due to leaks which may occur due to the existence of three sealing points, two sealing joints having a diameter appreciably greater than that. piston rods, so that this very large surface area is to be returned and reeds The front abuts against the bottom of the cylinder or against the seal.
The object of the invention is to reduce, thanks to a simplified construction, the number of seals with respect to the outside, as well as to avoid the element stopper. This is achieved according to the invention, ment * against the liquid spring, / by the fact that it is provided in a housing of @ x chambers, A and D, filled with liquid.
Chamber B is itself divided into two chambers B1 and B2 by a piston rod and its piston. Chamber B2 is in constant communication with chamber A through a channel and tube attached to the piston or housing. The chamber B1 is in communication with one of the two chambers A - B2 by a valve subjected to the action of a spring.
For the damping of the spring during the pressure release, the tube has suitable surfaces, grooves or the like *
For the actuation of the valve, instead of providing a spring, the tube should be shaped as a piston. A channel, conduit or the like is then provided to ensure constant communication between chamber A and chamber B2.
To allow the return of the leaking oil, it is provided, inside the seal to the outside

laughing, a chaabre C, which is in com @ unnication with the chamber B1 by a channel or a check valve.
In the case of the liquid spring according to the invention, there is therefore only one seal towards the outside, the seal of which the internal iameter is equal to the said ** of the corresponding piston rod . All other seals are inside the liquid spring. Any leakage losses are compensated for * during the subsequent change from tensile stress to compression stress. This passage is not made by stopper but hydra @ liically, thanks to the actuation of a valve.
The invention will be described in more detail with the aid of the embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 represents a liquid spring according to the invention, seen in section.
Figure 2 shows a liquid spring, with actuation of the valve by pedestrian.
According to Figure 1, the liquid spring consists of a housing 1, in which are provided two chambers 2 and 3. filled with liquid. The chamber 3 is itself divided, by the piston 4, into two chambers 5 and 6. the chamber 6 communicates constantly with the chamber 2 by a channel 7 and a tube 8 fixed to the housing 1, while the chamber chamber 5 is in communication with chamber 6 by a valve 10, * subjected to the action of a spring 9. For the damping of the liquid spring, during the compressive stress, the tube 8 has a suitable surface il * Leakage oil is returned from chamber 12 to chamber 5 through a conduit 13 and a check valve 14.
According to figure 2. a piston 15 is provided for the actuation of the valve 10, which allows communication.

between room 5 and room 2, while constant communication between room 6 and room 2 is ensured by an anal c, 16.
