<Desc/Clms Page number 2>
D'autres détails et particularités de l'invention res- sortiront de la description donnée ci-après, à titre non limi- tatif, d'une forme de réalisation de l'invention avec référence aux dessins, dans lesquels ;

L'air
<Desc/Clms Page number 4>

"Sprayer"
The present invention relates to a sprayer, in particular intended to distribute a pulverulent material. such as an insecticide, on plants.
In the sprayers known until now, the bellows proper also acts as a container for the material to be dispensed. This has the drawback of making it difficult or even of making it impossible to clean the bellows, which is particularly annoying when wishes to change the material to be distributed. The aim of the present invention is to remedy this disadvantage. For this purpose, the sprayer oelon the invention comprises a bellows assembled to a container
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
containing a powdery material.
According to one advantageous embodiment of the invention, the bellows is superimposed on the container.
According to a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention, the sprayer is removably joined to the bellows. This makes it possible to replace the video containers with new containers which have been purchased filled and which therefore constitute refills for the sprayer.
A subject of the invention is therefore also containers intended to constitute refills for a sprayer.
Other details and features of the invention will emerge from the description given below, without limitation, of an embodiment of the invention with reference to the drawings, in which;
Figure 1 is an elevational view, with partial breakages, of a sprayer according to the invention.
Figure 2 is a plan view of the container forming part of the sprayer shown in Figure 1.
In the figures, the same reference numerals designate identical elements.
The sprayer according to the invention consists essentially of two parts: a bellows 1 and a container 2 containing a pulverulent material 3, a container relative to which the bellows 1 is superposed. The bellows 1 is a bellows of the usual type and has an air inlet valve arranged in the upper wall 4 of the bellows and an air outlet opening, this opening being however provided in the lower wall 5 of the bellows. bellows, at 6. The container 2 has in elevation a generally trapezoidal section, the large base 7 of which is located at the top.
The face of the container 2 corresponding to the base 7 has a shape which coincides with that of the lower wall of the bellows 1 and pre-

feels an orifice 8, intended to be placed opposite the opening 6 of the bellows 1. In this orifice 6 is fixed a tube 9 which extends inside the container 2 where it ends with a portion 10. substantially horizontal directed towards the rear 11 of the container 2. The tube 9 protrudes slightly from the upper face 7 of the container 2, by a portion 12. The tube 9 is perforated over a part of aa length which begins at a small distance from the face 7 and ends at a small distance from the bottom 13 of the container 2.
The axes of the successive perforations of the tube 9 are located in straight sections of this tube and are mutually perpendicular.
The anterior face of the container 2 extends from its upper part 14, in a plane perpendicular to the face 7 and is connected to the bottom 13 by a curved part 15. The part 14 has an orifice 16 around which a tube 17 is attached externally. for discharging the material 3. A plate 18 is arranged between the tube 9 and the orifice 10, leaving a slot 19. A second plate, 20, extends from the face 7, and forms with the plate 18 a chicane 21.
The upper face 7 of the container 2 -present beyond the rear wall thereof a portion 22.
The container is made of a flat material 1 which, like the tube 9 and the tubing 17, which are closed when the container 2 is supplied.
The operation of the sprayer is simple after exhaustion of the material contained in a receptacle 2, a new receptacle 2 is fitted to the bellows 1 from which the ends of the tube 9 and of the tubing 17. The receptacle 2 and the bellows 1 are integral in that the portion 12 of the tube 9 fits closely into the opening 6 of the bellows. The portion 22 allows the gripping of the sprayer thus produced and the manipulation of the bellows 1. The air
<Desc / Clms Page number 4>
driven into the container 2 by the tube 9 comes out through the orifices and the free end thereof and forces it. material 3 to escape through the baffle 21.
The plate 19 prevents the powder material from sticking together. The low height of the container 2 with respect to the section of the upper part thereof, as well as the small section at the lower part, allow regular and complete evacuation of all the pulverulent material. the presence of the plate 20 prevents the powder from falling by gravity through the nozzle 17 when the sprayer is tilted.
It is understood that the invention is not limited to the embodiment described and that many variants
