La présente invention est relative à un porte-clef prévu notamment pour les clefs de contact de voitures automobiles et clefs similaires.
La présente invention a pour but de mettre à la dis- position des utilisateurs des clefs du type précité, c'est-à-dire des clefs à oreille plate, un porte-clef retirant automatiquement la clef de la serrure dès qu'elle est amenée en regard de la fente de cette dernière.
En d'autres mots, le but de l'invention est d'empê- cher les utilisateurs d'oublier la clef dans la serrure après l'a- voir fermée. La présente invention intéresse donc, tout particulier

rement, les chauffeurs de voitures automobiles puisque le porte- clef selon l'invention reste, à leur insu, dans leur main dès que le contact est coupé.
A cet effet, le porte-clef. selon la présente inven- tion est constitué d'un étui renfermant une pièce mobile, destine à être attachée à l'oreille d'une clef et pouvant occuper deux po- sitions: l'une normale, l'autre de travail, ainsi qu'un ressort tendant à maintenir la pièce mobile dans la position normale, dans laquelle la clef est logée à l'intérieur de l'étui, de sorte que, lorsque la pièce mobile est amenée dans la position de travail, dans laquelle la clef est complètement dégagée et peut; par éonsé- quent, être introduite dans la serrure, le ressort est bandé et tend à ramener la clef dans l'étui.
L'amenée de la pièce mobile dans la position de tra- vail se fait à la main. Pour rendre cette manoeuvre plus aisée, la pièce mobile est pourvue d'au moins un ergot qui émerge de l'étui et sert de point d'appui aux doigts pendant la manoeuvre d'amenée ..de cette pièce dans la position de travail.
D'autre part, la pièce mobile est pourvue d'au moins une butée limitant sa course.
De même, pour rendre plus aisé le mouveme de la pièce mobile, l'étui est pourvu de guides qui dirigent la pièce mobile pendant son déplacement.
D'autres détails et particularités de l'invention ressortiront de la description des dessins annexés au présent mé- moire et qui représentent, à titre d'exemple non limitatif, une forme particulière de réalisation de l'objet de l'invention.
La figure 1 est une vue en perspective d'un porte- clef conforme à l'invention, la clef étant logée à l'intérieur de l'étui'.

Le porte-clef représenté aux dessins est constitué d'un étui 1 renfermant une pièce mobile 2 et un ressort 3. La piè- ce mobile 2 est attachée à une clef 4 qui peut être la clef de con. tact d'une voiture automobile, la clef d'un coffre-fort ou la clef d'appartement.
La pièce mobile 2 peut occuper deux positions : une position normale 5 (voir figure 1) dans laquelle la clef 4 est lo- gée à l'intérieur de l'étui 1 et une position de travail 6 (voir figure 2) dans laquelle la clef 4 est complètement dégagée de l'étui 1 et peut, par conséquent, être introduite dans une serrure.
Une extrémité 7 du ressort 3 est fixée à l'étui 1, tandis que son autre extrémité 8 est accrochée à une tringle 9 ac- couplée avec la pièce mobile 2. Le point d'accouplement est formé par un pivot 10 situé sur l'axe de déplacement de la pièce mobile 2.
Le ressort 3 tend à maintenir la pièce mobile 2 dans la position normale 5. Lorsque la pièce mobile 2 est amenée dans la position de travail 6, le ressort 3 est bandé et tend à ramener la clef dans l'étui 1. De cette manière, lorsque la clef est enga- gée dans une serrure et y est accrochée, l'action du ressort 3 est empêchée, mais lorsque la serrure est fermée ou le contact .est cou. pé, s'il s'agit d'une clef de contact, le ressort 3 retire automa- tiquement la clef 4 et le porte-clef reste dans la main de la per- sonne ayant effectué la manoeuvre.
-Pour faciliter le mouvement de la pièce mobile 2, l'étui 1 est pourvu de guides réalisés dans le cas particulier re- présenté aux dessins sous la forme de deux boutonnières 11 et 12 découpées, l'une en face.de l'autre, dans les parois opposées de l'étui.1.

Dans chaque boutonnière est engagé un coulisseau 13 solidaire de la pièce mobile 2; ces coulisseaux 13 S3rvent en même temps de butées limitant la course de la pièce mobile 2 et égale- ment de point d'appui aux doigts de l'usager pendant la manoeuvre d'amenée de la pièce mobile 2 dans la position de travail 6.
Il doit être entendu que l'invention n'est nullement limitée aux formes de réalisation décrites et que bien des modifi- cations peuvent être apportées à ces dernières sans sortir du ca- . dre du présent brevet.
