- Device for positioning and holding a key (1) in a container comprising at least one cover (13) and one casing (14) for which- opening/closing means allow the cover (13) and the casing (14) to be mobile in relation to one another, at least in rotation, about a rotational axis (Y'Y), between an open position providing access to a housing of the container and a closed position,- means for locking/unlocking the cover (13) and the casing (14) at least in a closed position, comprise a locking/unlocking control member which is mobile in translation along the axis (Y'Y),characterized in that:- the rotational axis (Y'Y) is perpendicular to the cover (13) and the casing (14).
- Device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the locking/unlocking means comprise a button (16) slidably mounted in a cavity of the cover (13) between a pushed-in position and a raised position in addition to locking means actuated by the button which act on the rotation of the cover (13) in relation to the casing (14) so as to prevent the rotation of the cover (13) in the raised position and to allow rotation in the pushed-in position.
- Device according to either of Claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the locking/unlocking means comprise an elastic element (15) tending to bring the button (16) back into the locked position.
- Device according to Claim 3, characterized in that the elastic element (15) is a spring operating in compression.
- Device according to Claim 3 or 4, characterized in that the casing (14) comprises on the side of its rear face a tubular cylindrical section (14C), in that the cover (13) has a circular orifice (13C) extended to the inside of the casing (14) by a cylindrical sleeve (13D), provided with a base (13F), having two opposing circular slots (13FD, 13FG), said cylindrical sleeve (13D) engaging in the tubular section (14), in that the button (16) is engaged in the cylindrical sleeve (13D) and comprises two elastic axial tabs (16D) and (16G) passing through said slots (13FD, 13FG) and each having an internal protuberance (16FD3, 16FG3) intended to be clipped under an edge provided on the internal surface of the tubular section (14C).
- Device according to Claim 5, characterized in that the slots (13FD) and (13FG) each comprise a notch (13FD3, 13FG3) in which a protuberance (16FD3, 16FG3) provided on each elastic tab (16D, 16G) engages when the button (16) is in the raised position.
- Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a second elastic means tends to open the cover automatically as soon as the button (16) is pushed in.
- Device according to Claim 7, characterized in that the second elastic means tending to open the cover (13) automatically is a torsion spring.
- Device according to Claim 8, characterized in that the torsion spring is combined with the compression spring (15) in a single compression and torsion spring.
- Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the container comprises an opening allowing the passage of the bow of the key (1) .
- Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the container comprises, on a visible part, a surface for carrying information such as a logo.
- Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the information carrier is placed on the locking/unlocking control member which is mobile in translation.
