La présente invention concerne des perfectionnements aux sous-vê- tements qui enveloppent et moulent le torse et plus particulièrement ceux qui comportent une partie supérieure ou soutien-gorge et une partie inférieu- re ou partie abdominale, généralement appelés corselets.
On sait que quand une femme, spécialement une personne forte, porte une gaine et un soutien-gorge ordinaires, il se forme un bourrelet de chair dans la région relativement peu soutenue entre le bord inférieur du soutien-gorge et le bord supérieur de la gaine. Ce bourrelet, qui est géné- ralement plus prononcé à l'avant du corps que sur les côtés ou à l'arrière, est évidemment très déplaisant, non seulement au point de vue apparence mais aussi au point de vue confort.
Pour tenter d'éliminer ce bourrelet, on a conçu les corselets, dans lesquels le soutien-gorge et la partie abdominale ne forment qu'un seul sous-vêtement afin que la partie du corps entre l'abdomen et la poitrine soit moins libre de former un bourrelet. Ces tentatives ont rencontré un cer- tain succès, mais ni les matières utilisées pour l'entre-deux du soutien-gor- ge et de la partie abdominale d'un corselet ordinaire, ni la forme de cet entre-deux n'éliminent complètement les inconvénients précités qui, en fait, sont simplement déplacés, par exemple en sacrifiant le confort à l'apparence, ou vice-versa.
Le but principal de la présente invention est de procurer un sous-vêtement du genre corselet décrit ci-dessus, dans lequel la matière et la disposition utilisées se complètent pour maintenir convenablement la par- tie du corps entre l'abdomen et la poitrine, répartir les pressions de cons- triction circonférneciellement autour du corps ainsi que verticalement à l'avant du corps où, jusqu'à présent, les bourrelets étaient le plus pronon- cés et assurer d'autre part le confort réel et la bonne apparence qui sont essentiels pour des sous-vêtements de ce genre.
Les dessins annexés représentent à titre d'exemple une forme d'exécution préférée de l'invention.

Sur ces dessins, le sous-vêtement du type corselet est désigna dans son ensemble par le chiffre 10 et se compose d'une partie supérieure 12 formant soutien-gorge et d'une partie abdominale inférieure 14. Ces parties peuvent être de tout genre approprié enveloppant et moulant le torse et on remarquera que le bord inférieur 16 de la partie supérieure 12 et le bord supérieur 18 de la partie inférieure 14 sont distants l'un de l'autre et en substance parallèles.
Une bande élastique 20 relativement large est intercalée et fi- xée entre les bords respectifs 16 et 18 des parties 12 et 14, et elle règne tout autour du sous-vêtement, cette bande 20 étant élastique dans le sens circonférenciel de manière que la pression du corps sur la bande soit répar- tie circonférenciellement, de façon égale.

De plus, le sons-vêtement comporte un panneau plus long que lar- ge 22 appliqué à l'intérieur de sa partie antérieure et fait de préférence en matière non élastique, dont le bord supérieur 24 est fixé, par exemple par une couture, au bord inférieur de la partie 12 qui forme soutien-gorge.
L'extrémité supérieure du panneau 22 double intérieurement la partie avant de la bande élastique 20 mais n'y est pas fixée, afin que la bande et le panneau puissent se déplacer indépendamment l'un de l'autre. Les bords laté- raux du panneau 22 sont reliés à la partie abdominale 14, de préférence par des bandes latérales élastiques 26 qui peuvent être considérées comme fai- sant partie du panneau. Le panneau 22 perte à sa partie inférieure deux lan- guettes 28 qui sont conformées en boucles et fixées au bord inférieur de la partie abdominale 14 et portent les jarretelles usuelles 30 à l'avant du sous-vêtement. Des jarretelles supplémentaires 32 sont avantageusement fixées à l'arrière.
Le sous-vêtement est aussi fendu d'un côté pour qu'on puisse mieux l'enfiler, et la partie inférieure de la fente est garnie d'une ferme- ture à glissière 34 tandis que la partie supérieure est munie d'agrafes et oeillets 36.
Au porter, toute pression du corps sur la bande élastique 20 est répartie suivant la circonférence de la bande comme décrit plus hautDe plus, le panneau vertical de doublure 22 coopère avec la bande élastique 20 pour répartir la pression vers le haut et le bas de la partie antérieure du sous-vêtement, éliminant ainsi les bourrelets habituellement produits, sans nuire au confort du vêtement. Ces résultats sont dus à la coopération de la bande à élasticité circonférencielle avec le panneau vertical de doublure, comme décrit ci-dessus.
Les dessins annexés représentent un corselet, mais il va de soi que la technique de l'invention peut être étendue à tout autre sous-vêtement combiné, par exemple, un soutien-gorge combiné à un porte-jarretelles, un soutien-gorge combiné à un cache-sexe, etc.
L'invention n'est pas limitée à la forme d'exécution qui a été décrite et représentée à titre d'exemple, des modifications pouvant y être apportées sans sortir de son cadreo
REVENDICATIONS.
1.- Sous-vêtement enveloppant et moulant le torse caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en combinaison une partie supérieure formant soutien-gorge, une partie inférieure abdominale, la partie supérieure et la partie inférieu- re ayant respectivement des bords inférieur et supérieur espacés parallèle- ment, et une bande élastique relativement large qui est intercalée entre les bords supérieur et inférieur des parties respectives et fixée à ces bords, et qui s'étend avec ceux ci tout autour du sous-vêtement et est élastique dans le sens circonférenciel.
