   Deze uitvinding bestaat in een capsule-sluiting in plastisch mate- riaal die door de aard van het materiaal een graad van rekbaarheid en krim- ping heeft die toelaat de sluiting te bevestigen op de cirkelrand van flessen, glazen, buisjes en dergelijke, welke al of niet kunnen voorzien zijn van een buitenwaartse uitspringende rand. Het materiaal gebruikt voor deze sluiting is het   polyethyleen   of ieder andere gelijkaardige plastische stof. 



   De capsule volgens de uitvinding is voorzien aan de buitenrand van een radiaal uitstekende lip die dient om de sluiting ter plaatse te lichten en weg te nemen. 



   Bijgaande tekening toont ten titel van voorbeeld een sluiting volgens de uitvinding.

   De capsule-sluiting is een kapje 1 met inspringende binnenrand 4 en zijdelingse lip 2 die voorzien is van ribben 3 aan de onderkant. 



   De capsule is in plastisch materiaal van bepaalde rekbaarheid die toelaat ze te plaatsen onder drukeffect over de rand van een fles, glas of dergelijke. De spanning van rand 4 en de anti-slippende eigenschap van het materiaal doen de sluiting doelmatig houden en de lip 2 laat toe de sluiting weg te nemen zonder een werktuig te gebruikeno De capsule kan dus verder gebruikt worden. 



   De afmetingen en uiterlijke vorm zijn veranderlijk volgens de bestemming en het materiaal laat toe een merkteken tijdens de fabricatie aan te brengen.

   1.   Kapvormige   sluitings-capsule in plastisch materiaal met inspringende   binnenrand   en buitenwaartse lip, welke door drukeffect op de hals of cirkelrand van een fles, glas of dergelijke wordt weerhouden door eigen spanning en wrijvingskracht.
