RECIPIENT EN FONTE OU EN TOLE EMAILLEES.
La présente invention est relative à des perfectionnements aux récipients qui sont habituellement constitués en fonte ou en tôle émaillées, tels que des casseroles.
Suivant l'invention, un récipient de ce genre comporte des poignées de préhension en matière thermodurcissable.
Dans une forme de réalisation générale, ledit récipient présente des oreilles coulées dans la fonte ou bien soudées ou fixées de toute manière appropriée sur la tôle ou sur la fonte, et des poignées en une ou plusieurs pièces qui sont reliées à ce récipient par l'intermédiaire des oreilles susdites.
Suivant un mode de réalisation particulier, les oreilles susdites se présentent en forme de saillies sur le récipient, lesdites sailles comportant elles-mêmes, de préférence, une ou des protubérances permettant une meilleure solidarisation des poignées au récipient./
Suivant un mode de réalisation encore, les poignées sont en au moins deux parties, l'une formant base, l'autre formant poignée proprement dite, ces deux ou ces diverses parties étant conformées pour pouvoir comprendre entre elles la saillie de l'oreille prévue sur le récipient, ainsi que la ou les protubérances éventuelles de cette saillie, et étant solidarisées entre elles par tout moyen approprié, par exemple, par vissage, des douilles filetées étant noyées dans la matière ou des filets étant prévus dans celle-ci, par boulon et écrou, etc...
D'autres détails et particularités de l'invention ressortiront de la description donnée ci-après à titre d'exemple non limitatif et avec référence aux dessins annexés.

La figure 1 représente un récipient comportant une poignée sui- vant l'invention.
La figure 2 montre, en coupe, un mode de solidarisation de cette poignée au récipient.
La figure 3 montre les mêmes détails que la figure 2 mais en perspective.
Lors de la coulée d'un récipient de fonte 1, on prévoit des oreilles en saillie 2 comportant elles-mêmes, une protubérance inférieure 3. La poignée proprement dite, en matière thermodurcissable, est prévue en deux parties, l'une 4 formant base et se disposant sous l'oreille 2, et l'autre partie formant poignée proprement dite 5 se plaçant au-dessus et autour de cette oreille. De la sorte, l'oreille en fonte coulée en même temps que le récipient est totalement entourée par des éléments de ma- tière thermodurcissable, qui sont fixés entre eux par un moyen approprié, par exemple, des vis 7.
Le logement formé par les pièces 4 et 5 entre elles est conçu de façon à permettre l'insertion d'un isolant (non représenté), sans gout ni odeur, et résistant aux températures élevées, le rôle de cet isolant étant de neutraliser les coefficients de dilatation différents des deux matériaux (fonte et matière thermodurcissable). Dans certains, cas, cet isolant peut évidemment être supprimé.
Pour la solidarisation entre elles des parties 4 et 5 en matiè- re thermodurcissable, on peut évidemment prévoir un grand nombre de systèmes différents. Une ou plusieurs douilles filetées peuvent être noyées dans la matière thermodurcissable ; bien, des filets peuvent être réalisés dans la matière thermodurcissable elle-même, ou bien encore, des orifices peuvent être prévus dans celle-ci pour le passage de petits boulons, etc...
L'invention n'est évidemment pas limitée à la forme de réalisa- tion décrite et représentée. C'est ainsi que l'oreille 2 peut avoir toute forme appropriée, suivant les désirs ou les exigences imposées par le type ou les dimensions du récipient.
On pourrait évidemment employer d'autres moyens que des oreille s pour la fixation des poignées. On peut se servir de douilles soudées sur la tôle du récipient ou coulées dans la fonte, ou encore d'un filet taraudé directement dans la fonte, ou de tout autre système convenable, permettant- de fixer, de manière simple et économique, des poignées en matière thermodur- cissable à un récipient en fonte-ou en tôle émaillées, tel qu'une casserole.
Il doit enfin être entendu que l'invention n'est pas limitée aux détails ci-avant mais que bien des.modifications pourraient y être apportées sans sortir du cadre de la présente demande de brevet.
REVENDICATIONS.
1. - Récipient en fonte ou en tôle émaillées, spécialement casse- role, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des poignées de préhension en matiè- re thermodurcissable.

During the casting of a melting vessel 1, projecting ears 2 are provided which themselves have a lower protuberance 3. The handle itself, made of thermosetting material, is provided in two parts, one 4 forming a base. and being placed under the ear 2, and the other part forming the handle itself 5 being placed above and around this ear. In this way, the cast iron ear which is cast at the same time as the container is completely surrounded by elements of thermosetting material, which are fixed together by suitable means, for example screws 7.
The housing formed by parts 4 and 5 between them is designed to allow the insertion of an insulator (not shown), without taste or odor, and resistant to high temperatures, the role of this insulator being to neutralize the coefficients different expansion of the two materials (cast iron and thermosetting material).
