DISPOSITIF PERMETTANT L'ASSEMBLAGE DE PROFILES QUELCONQUES AU MOYEN D'UN
SEUL DISPOSITIF DE SERRAGE.
Le dispositif s'applique aux assemblages de profilés,égaux ou différents, de sections quelconques, dont les axes longitudinaux se croisent à angles quelconques dans des plans parallèles.
Il est extrêmement simple et caractérisé, en principe, par la possibilité de réglage de la situation des profilés à assembler l'un par rap- port à l'autre et de les fixer rigidement au moyen d'un dispositif de serra- ge unique.
Il est constitué en principe par un étrier dont -Les flancs la- téraux permettent le passage de l'un ou plusieurs des profilés ainsi que la localisation d'au moins une dame intermédiaire entre deux profilés; et dont la partie centrale porte le dispositif de serrage. Lorsqu'une seule clame intermédiaire est utilisée l'un des profilés est directement sollicité par le dispositif de serrage.
Deux exemples, non limitatifs, sont décrits ci-dessous avec réfé- rence aux croquis annexés.
Les figs. 1 et 2 donnent la vue de face et de profil de l'assem- blage d'un tube hexagonal et d'un tube carré avec deux clames intermédiaires.
La fig. 3 donne une vue perspective de cet assemblage.
Les figs. 4 et 5 donnent les vues face et profil d'un assemblage à une seule clame intermédiaire, prévu pour différents profils.
Dans le cas traité aux figures 1 à 3 le dispositif comporte un étrier (1) dont les flancs latéraux sont percés d'un trou carré - (2) et (3)- destiné au passage du tube carré. L'action de la vis (6) se transmet à la première clame (5) qui agit elle-même sur le tube hexagonal. Celui-ci transmet l'effort regu à la seconde clame (4) qui agit sur le tube carré.

Dans le cas traité aux fig. 4 et 5 le dispositif ne comporte qu'une clame intermédiaire (5), L'étrier est cette fois percé de 2 trous permettant le passage de sections différentes et conditionnées par elles.
Le profil de la clame intermédiaire est étudié de manière à agir efficace- ment sur tous les profils admis par les ouvertures de l'étrier.
La vis (14) agissant directement sur le profil rond (il), ce dernier transmet l'effort à la clame (5) qui agit elle-même sur le profil (4).
Les étriers et les clames sont en tout cas conçus en fonction des profils quelconques à assembler et de ce fait les montages les plus divers peuvent être exécutés, soit en prévoyant la fixation de plusieurs profilés égaux ou différents au moyen d'un dispositif soit en conjugant plusieurs dispositifs.

ONLY CLAMPING DEVICE.
The device is applicable to the assemblies of profiles, equal or different, of any cross-section, the longitudinal axes of which cross at any angles in parallel planes.
It is extremely simple and characterized, in principle, by the possibility of adjusting the position of the profiles to be assembled in relation to each other and of fixing them rigidly by means of a single clamping device.
In principle, it consists of a stirrup, the lateral sides of which allow the passage of one or more of the sections as well as the location of at least one intermediate lady between two sections; and the central part of which carries the clamping device. When only one intermediate clamp is used, one of the profiles is directly stressed by the clamping device.
Two non-limiting examples are described below with reference to the appended sketches.
Figs. 1 and 2 give the front and side view of the assembly of a hexagonal tube and a square tube with two intermediate clamps.
Fig. 3 gives a perspective view of this assembly.
Figs. 4 and 5 give the front and profile views of an assembly with a single intermediate clamp, intended for different profiles.
In the case treated in Figures 1 to 3, the device comprises a bracket (1), the lateral sides of which are pierced with a square hole - (2) and (3) - intended for the passage of the square tube. The action of the screw (6) is transmitted to the first clam (5) which itself acts on the hexagonal tube. This transmits the force received to the second clam (4) which acts on the square tube.

In the case treated in fig. 4 and 5 the device has only one intermediate clamp (5), the stirrup is this time pierced with 2 holes allowing the passage of different sections and conditioned by them.
The profile of the intermediate clamp is designed so as to act effectively on all the profiles admitted by the openings of the stirrup.
The screw (14) acting directly on the round profile (il), the latter transmits the force to the clamp (5) which itself acts on the profile (4).
The brackets and clamps are in any case designed according to any profiles to be assembled and therefore the most diverse assemblies can be carried out, either by providing for the fixing of several equal or different profiles by means of a device or by combining several devices.
