  FERMETURE A CLAPET POUR FENETRE BASCULANTE ET PIVOTANTE. 



   La fenêtre basculante, comme d'ordinaire consiste en un châssis dormant et un châssis ouvrant. Dans les parties verticales du châssis dormant sera exécutée une rainure concave formant approximativement un quartde-rond et se terminant par un rectangle. La partie concave dans ce moment sera du côté extérieur, tandis que la partie rectangle sera du côté intérieur. Dans la partie de l'ouvrant sera également formée une entaille, mais de plus grande surface, formant un quart-de-rond et un rectangle. Dans cette entaille doit s'encastrer un clapet de haut en bas, formé par un feuillard métallique d'une largeur approximative de 30-40 mm suivant l'épaisseur du dormant et de l'ouvrant. Ce feuillard peut éventuellement être renforcé par un demi-rond.

   Suivant la longueur du feuillard, celui-ci sera fixé à l'ouvrant au moyen de deux charnières au moins, Si la hauteur dépasse environ 80 cm, des charnières supplémentaires seront nécessaires. En plaçant la charnière, le fabricant doit avoir soin de diminuer la partie du côté du dormant,afin d'éviter un frottement en ouvrant la fenêtre. Dans les rainures aussi bien du dormant que de l'ouvrant sera placée du côté rectangle une bande caoutchoutée poreuse (gomme) pour rendre en cas de fermeture la fenêtre étanche et hermétique et afin d'éviter l'infiltration d'air de l'extérieur à l'intérieur et vice-versa. A la partie inférieure sera fixée à une demi-roulette ou directement à une saillie du feuillard métallique, une tige qui sera raccordée à une crémone située au milieu de la partie du jet-d'eau.

   Cette crémone actionnera aussi bien le côté gauche que le côté droit. A demi-hauteur seront placés des pivots pouvant être achetés dans des commerces de quincaillerie. Le placement de la fenêtre basculante avec fermeture à clapet est tellement simple que maints monuisiers emploieront ce système de fenêtre basculante.

In this notch must fit a valve from top to bottom, formed by a metal strip with an approximate width of 30-40 mm depending on the thickness of the frame and the opening.    Depending on the length of the strip, it will be fixed to the opening by means of at least two hinges. If the height exceeds approximately 80 cm, additional hinges will be necessary. When placing the hinge, the manufacturer must take care to reduce the part of the side of the frame, in order to avoid friction when opening the window. In the grooves of both the frame and the sash will be placed on the rectangle side a porous rubber band (gum) to make the window waterproof and airtight when closed and to prevent the infiltration of air from the outside inside and vice versa. At the lower part will be fixed to a half-caster or directly to a projection of the metal strip, a rod which will be connected to a lock located in the middle of the part of the water jet.
