La présente invention concerne les charrues et autres instru- ments aratoires portés ou traînés par tracteur et a particulièrement pour objet la réalisation d'un dispositif de sécurité pour l'attelage des char- rues au tracteur, qui permet le soulèvement automatique de la charme lors= que le soc de celle-ci rencontre, au cours du labourage, une résistance ànor- mâle à l'avancement produite parexemple par une roche, une pierre, une borne de limitation de terrain ou autre obstacle ca ché dans le sol, en évitant ain- si toute réaction nuisible de-cet obstacle sur les organes de la charrue ou du tracteur.
Suivant l'invention,l'âge de la charrue est réuni au tracteur par une liaison comportant une articulation qui est normalement bloquée, dans la position de travail de la charme., par des moyens soumis à l'action de ressorts à tension réglable, lesquels moyens sont débloqués automatiquement sous l'effet d'une résistance offerte à l'avancement de la charrue, par un obstacle caché dans le sol, lesdits moyens permettant de ramener automatique- ment la charrue, après le passage de l'obstacle, dans sa position de travail, avec nouveau blocage de ladite articulation, sous l'effet d'un déplacement vers l'arrière imprimé à ladite charrue, par le- tracteur.
A simple titre d'exemple, une forme de réalisation de l'inven- tion sera décrite ci-après, avec référence aux dessins annexés dans lesquels :

La figure 4 est une vue similaire à la figure 3, montrant le dispositif débloqué, avec soulèvement de la charrue au passage d'un obstacle présenté par le sol.

Dans ces dessins (figures 1 et 2) l'âge 5 de la charme est articulé, à une distance déterminée de son extrémité avant 6, autour'd'un pivot horizontal 7 engageant transversalement les bras 8 et 9 d'un double brancard entre lesquels bras Particule l'âgs 5, ledit double brancard étant relié à un élément fixe 10 du tracteur, par une- chape d'accrochage 11 (figa- res 3 et 4).
Une butée, constituée par exemple par un boulon 12, engagé dans des ouvertures ménagées dans des plaques 13, fixées sur les faces latérales extérieures des brancards 8 et 9, limite les déplacements angulaires de l'â- ge 5, autour du pivot 7, dans le sens du terrage de la charme.
Cette extrémité 6 de l'âge 7 présente un biseau 14 qui forme' un nez 15 sous lequel est engagé le bec 16, d'un corbeau en cliquet 17., -pour empêcher normalement les mouvements angulaires de l'âge 5 autour du pivot 7, dans le sens du soulèvement de la charrue.

Le corbeau 17 est articulé sur le pivet 18 d'une chape 19 dont les bras sont rendus solidaires d'un support transversal 20 fixé sur-le côp- té supérieur des brancards 8 et 9. Les déplacements angulaires du corbeau 17 sont soumis à l'action de ressorts 21, engagés sur des tiges 22, qui ceu- lissent dans des ouvertures 23, prévues dans le support 20, et qui sont ar- ticulées en 24 de part et d'autre de l'extrémité 25 du corbeau 17, lesdits ressorts 21 s'appuyant d'une part sur le support 20 et d'autre part sur-des-- écrous 26 se vissant sur l'extrémité des tiges 22 en vue de régler.la tension desdits ressorts 21.
Des ouvertures correspondantes 27, ménagées dans les brancards 8 et 9, dans les plaques 13 ainsi que dans l'extrémité 6 du l'âge 5, permet- tent de verrouiller éventuellement, a l'aide d'uns broche, non montrée, l'âge 5, soit dans sa position de travail, soit dans sa position relevée.
Le fonctionnement du dispositif est le suçant : Au cours du labourage, l'extrémité 6 de l'âge de la charme est maintenue bloquée entre la butée 12 et la face supérieure du bec 16 du corbeau 17, dont l'extrémité 25 s'appuie contre le support 23, sous l'action des ressorts 21.
La tension de ces derniers est réglée de façon à empêcher le corbeau 17-de se déplacer angulairement auto= du pivot 18 en provoquant le déblocage de l'âge 5, sous l'effet de la résistance normale offerte à la pénétration et à l'avan- cement du soc 28 dans le terrain (figure 3 ) . '
Lorsque le soc 28 vient à heurter un obstacle, par exemple'une roche P (figure 4) cachée dans le sol, le choc produit sur le soc 28 provoque automatiquement le déblocage de l'articulation selon l'invention, par le dé- clenchement du corbeau 17 sous l'effet de-l'effort anormal développé, par le nez 6, de l'âge 5, sur le bec 16 de ce corbeau.
Ge déclenchement permet le déplacement angulaire de l'âge 5- autour du pivot 12; avec soulèvement de la charrue dont le soc 28 peut'alors glisser sur l'obstacle P, en évitant ainsi toute possibilité de détérioration des organes de la charrue sous l'effet du choc produit par la rencontre de cet obstacle,
Pour ramener la charrue dans -sa. position normale de travail avec réénclenchement automatique de l'articulation du dispositif, le conduc- teur du tracteur, sans quitter son siège, fait effectuer au tracteur une cour- te marche arrière qui provoque ce réenclenchement.
En effet, comme après le passage de l'obstacle P, la pointe du soc 28 est restée piquée dans le sel, le mouvement de marche arrière du tracteur fait basculer la charrue dans sa position de travail, tandis que le bec 16 du corbeau 17 glisse sur le biseau 14 de l'extrémité 6 de l'âge 5 pour venir s'engager à nouveau sous le nez 15 de ladite extrémité, avec blocage de l'articulation.
Il est bien entendu que l'invention n'est pas limitée à la forme et à la disposition des éléments de l'articulation décrite et illustrée aux dessins, mais que de nombreuses modifications constructives pourront y être apportées sans s'écarter de l'idée de l'invention.
