OBTENUS SELON CEUX-CI. ding' L'invention est relative à des procédés de fabrication de jar- dinières, cache-pot et'objets divers obtenus par ces procédés.
Selon l'invention, on prévoit de constituer à partir de matiè- res premières peu onéreuses, métal déployé, découpé ou embouti par exemple, soit le corps de la jardinière et/ou du cache-pot, soit les parties princi- pales d'une cage, d'une charette ou autre objet, et d'agrémenter les par- ties inférieures et supérieures ou l'une de celles-ci seulement, d'un fil disposé en forme de cycloïde ou toute autre formé appropriée, fixé sur le ou les bords du corps qu'il décore, une peinture ou une décoration terminant la présentation.
Suivant une particularité de l'invention, tout ou partie de la jardinière ou des objets, peut servir de support à un dessin en vannerie.ou à un canelage décoratif .
D'autres détails et particularités de l'invention apparaîtront au cours de la description des dessins annexés dans lesquels :
Fig. 1 à 5 représentent, à titre d'exemples non limitatifs, cinq objets obtenus suivant le procédé revendiqué.

En Fig. 1 est représenté un cache-pot conforme à l'invention.
Il est constitué d'un corps 12 en métal plein qui sert de support à une vannerie schématisée en 13. Le bord supérieur @ du corps est agrémen- té de boucles 15 en fil métallique affectant la forme d'une cycloïde et fixées par soudure 16 ou tout autre moyen approprié. Le bord inférieur 17 est agrémenté de façon analogue ar l'élément décoratif 18 qui sert de support à l'ensemble. On remarquera que la conicité du corps 12, des boucles 15 et de l'élément décoratif 18 n'est pas nécessairement la même pour les trois élé- ments. Par variation des formes et dimensions des éléments, une multitude

de modèles peuvent être obtenus.
De même par superposition de deux cache- pot de dimensions appropriées, on peut obtenir un nouveau cache-pot à boucles cycloïdales médianes au corps dudit cache-pot. Par adjonction d' un gobelet par exemple en zinc, le cache-pot est transformé en jardinière.
Fig. 2 représente une autre variante.
Le corps 12 est en métal découpé. Ce découpage est schématisé en 19. L'ensemble est peint'.' La présentation en est agréable.
On remarquera que la matière première peut être non seulement une feuille de métal découpé suivant un motif désiré, mais que l'on pour- ra utiliser aussi les déchets de fabrication de petites pièces, les bandes découpées dans ce but pouvant soit par l'effet du hasard, soit après en- tente avec le fabricant,être rendues idoines au but décoratif., qui doit leur être assigné.
Un gobelet 20 complète l'ensemble.
En Fig. 3 la réalisation du cache-pot ou de la jardinière a été conçue de façon à utiliser du métal déployé du genre de celui qui sert à certains treillis, à mailles en losange pour constituer le corps 12 en forme de scotie circulaire. On y retrouve les boucles 15 et l'élément décoratif 18. Une cuvette 21 à canelure décorative est fixée par des ergots 22. La présentation est complétée au besoin par peinture ou toute autre décoration.
La Fig. 4 représente une variante des objets à laquelle on a ap- pliqué les méthodes selon l'invention composée d'une cage à oiseaux à clai- res-voies 12 dans laquelle on retrouve respectivement à la partie supérieure de la cage les boucles 15 et à la partie inférieure l'élément décoratif 18, celui-ci étant surmonté d'un autre motif décoratif à boucle 23.
Enfin, en Fig. 5, on a représenté une charette constituée d'un corps de forme rectangulaire 12 en métal déployé du genre treillis à mail- les en losange monté sur deux roues 29 dans lequel on peut placer une cuvet- te 21. Ce corps 12 est surmonté d'un toit 24 constitué par exemple par des barres ou tiges métalliques 25 sur lesquelles on dispose une toile, ou encore une fine tôle métallique dont les bords sont ornés de motifs décoratifs en forme de festons 26 ou toute autre forme appropriée. Le corps 12 est garni d'un encadrement 27 auquel se rattache une barre-de direction 28 garnie également de motifs décoratifs appropriés.
Il est évident que l'invention n'est pas limitée aux exemples dé - crits et représentés et que bien des modifications peuvent être apportées au genre, au nombre, à la nature, aux formes et aux dimensions des éléments entrant dans sa réalisation sans pour cela sortir du cadre de l'invention.

OBTAINED ACCORDING TO THESE. The invention relates to methods of manufacturing planters, planters and various objects obtained by these methods.
According to the invention, provision is made to constitute from inexpensive raw materials, expanded metal, cut or stamped for example, either the body of the planter and / or the flowerpot, or the main parts of the planter. a cage, cart or other object, and to decorate the lower and upper parts or one of these only, with a wire arranged in the shape of a cycloid or any other suitable formed, fixed on the or the edges of the body that it decorates, a painting or a decoration ending the presentation.
According to a feature of the invention, all or part of the planter or the objects, can serve as a support for a basketry design or for a decorative fluting.

In Fig. 1 is shown a plant pot according to the invention.
It consists of a solid metal body 12 which serves as a support for a basketry schematized at 13. The upper edge @ of the body is adorned with loops 15 of metal wire in the shape of a cycloid and fixed by welding 16 or any other suitable means. The lower edge 17 is decorated in a similar way ar the decorative element 18 which serves as a support for the assembly. It will be noted that the taper of the body 12, of the loops 15 and of the decorative element 18 is not necessarily the same for the three elements. By varying the shapes and dimensions of the elements, a multitude

models can be obtained.
Likewise, by superimposing two plant pot of appropriate dimensions, it is possible to obtain a new plant pot with median cycloidal loops on the body of said plant pot. By adding a cup, for example made of zinc, the flowerpot is transformed into a planter.
Fig. 2 shows another variant.
The body 12 is made of cut metal. This cutting is shown schematically in 19. The whole is painted '.' The presentation is pleasant.

Fig. 4 shows a variant of the objects to which the methods according to the invention have been applied, consisting of a bird cage with clear-tracks 12 in which the loops 15 and loops 15 are found respectively at the top of the cage. the lower part the decorative element 18, the latter being surmounted by another decorative loop motif 23.
Finally, in Fig. 5, there is shown a cart made up of a rectangular body 12 of expanded metal of the diamond mesh lattice type mounted on two wheels 29 in which can be placed a bowl 21. This body 12 is surmounted by 'a roof 24 consisting for example of metal bars or rods 25 on which there is a canvas, or even a thin metal sheet whose edges are decorated with decorative patterns in the form of scallops 26 or any other suitable shape. The body 12 is furnished with a frame 27 to which is attached a steering bar 28 also furnished with appropriate decorative patterns.
It is obvious that the invention is not limited to the examples described and shown and that many modifications can be made to the type, number, nature, shapes and dimensions of the elements entering into its production without for this is outside the scope of the invention.
Summary .
According to the invention, provision is made to constitute the body of the garden, the flowerpot or other objects, from inexpensive raw materials, expanded, cut or stamped metal for example, and to decorate the lower and upper parts. or one of these only, of a wire arranged in the shape of a cycloid or any other suitable shape, fixed on the edge or edges of the body which it decorates, a painting or a decoration which can complete the presentation.
