  RACCORD DE SECURITE POUR TUBES, DEMONTABLE ET SANS SOUDURE. 



   La présente invention a pour objet un raccord de sécurité, pour tubes, démontable et sans soudureo 
Le raccord selon l'invention comporte essentiellement : une ba- gue-entretoise interposée entre les deux tubes à raccorder; un manchon, d'alé- sage sensiblement égal au diamètre de la bague de butée et engagé sur ladite bague; deux anneaux de butée respectivement engagés sur   chacun   des   tubes,   de part et dautre de la bague entretoise;

   deux couronnes,  y elles-mêmes   respecti- vement engagées sur chacun des tubes, chacune de ces couronnes ayant une sec- tion radiale en forme de V,la face de section en forme de V de chaque   couron- -   ne étant appliquée contre l'anneau situé de son côté., et au moins un organe de blocage pour la compression des couronnes contre les anneaux de butée 
L'invention est illustrée,   à   titre d'exemple, par les dessins annexés ou : 
La figure 1 est la vue en coupe longitudinale axiale d'un raccord selon 1?invention; 
La figure 2 est une vueen demi-coupe longitudinale axiale rela- tive à une variante de la   forme   de réalisation selon la figure 1. 



   Le raccord (figol) comporte une bague 1, interposée entre les deux tubes 2 et 2a à assembler et engagée dans un manchon 3,formant corps de rac- cord,   d'alésage   sensiblement égal au diamètre de cette bague et dont les deux extrémités sont filetées   extérieurement,   respectivement en 4 et 4a. Sur les faces de la bague 1, sont appliqués, de part et d9autre de ladite bague, deux anneaux 5 et 5a respectivement engagés sur les tubes 2 et 2a. 



   Sur ces mêmes tubes sont également engagées deux couronnes 6 et 6a dont la section radiale affecte la forme   d'un   V, 7e7a, lesdites couronnes étant respectivement appliquées contre les anneaux 5 et 5a, par celle de leurs

 faces qui affecte cette configuration en forme de   V.   Deux chapeaux 8 et 8a, formant écrous respectivement sur les filetages 4 et 4a du manchon 3, sont appliqués sur la face plane de la couronne 6 ou 6a correspondante.

   Selon la variante de forme de réalisation représentée sur la fi- gure 2, l'un des chapeaux 8, représenté ici en   8b,   constitue, en même temps, le manchon 3 selon figure 1; ce manchon n'est fileté qu'à   1-lune   de ses extré-   mités,   4b, son extrémité opposée comportant un fond qui, percé en son centre   d'une   ouverture circulaire d'alésage sensiblement égal au diamètre extérieur du tube 2, sert de butée   à   la couronne 6 correspondante, le blocage des cou- ronnes étant réalisé par le seul chapeau 8a formant écrou sur le filetage 4b du   chapeau-manchon   8b. 



   On se réserve d'apporter au dispositif toutes variantes qui con- servent les caractéristiques essentielles de l'invention notamment de rempla-   cer les chapeaux de blocage par des flasques brides ou bouchons vissés ; depré-   voir, sur les divers organes constitutifs du raccord et, notamment sur les an- neaux 5 et 5a des chanfreins ou des gorges facilitant la pénétration, dans le corps des tubes, des ailes des couronnes en V, d'adjoindre à ces organes tous accessoires tels que : bagues, rondelles-joints,   etc...   



   Quelque soit son mode de réalisation, le raccord selon l'inven- tion élimine les défauts et inconvénients des raccords sans soudure connus   jusqu'à   ce jour., savoirles défauts d'étanchéité dus aux irrégularités de la surface extérieure des tubes; l'impossibilité de démontage pour nettoyage ou modification d'installation; la difficulté de réaliser un   pré-montage   des raccords; la nécessité d'utiliser des coudes,tés, croisillons ou similaires ayant fait l'objet d'un usinage coûteux.

   The connector (figol) comprises a ring 1, interposed between the two tubes 2 and 2a to be assembled and engaged in a sleeve 3, forming a connector body, with a bore substantially equal to the diameter of this ring and whose two ends are externally threaded, at 4 and 4a respectively. On the faces of the ring 1 are applied, on either side of said ring, two rings 5 and 5a respectively engaged on the tubes 2 and 2a.



   On these same tubes are also engaged two rings 6 and 6a whose radial section affects the shape of a V, 7e7a, said rings being respectively applied against the rings 5 and 5a, by that of their

 faces which affect this V-shaped configuration. Two caps 8 and 8a, forming nuts respectively on the threads 4 and 4a of the sleeve 3, are applied to the flat face of the corresponding ring 6 or 6a.



   Under the effect of the compression exerted by the screwing of the caps 8-8a, the wings of the V, 7-7a open; wing directed towards the axis of the tubes is crimped annularly on the periphery of the corresponding tube 2 or 2a and in hugging, by deforming all the irregularities., thus achieving a resistant and tight sealo Simultaneously, 1-other wing of the V, of which the bearing surface, is preferably larger than that of the first wing, wedges against the wall of the bore of the sleeve 3, without entering it, so as to allow easy disassembly of the fitting, while making a second safety seal.
