   Il est connu de fabriquer d'une pièce, en materiau synthétique, des boites ou coffrets, notamment des boites à dragées ou confiserie, des boites à mouchoirs , à gants, etc., mais le prix de revient de ces boites est élevé par suite de la cherté de la matière première, 
La présente invention a pour objet un procédé de fabrication permettant soit de réaliser une économie de matière, soit d'embellir la boi- te ou le coffret, ou encore de poursuivre les deux buts à la fois. 



   Ce procédé consiste à constituer toutes les parois de la boite ou du coffret, ou seulement une partie de celles-ci,, de surfaces rapportées fixées au cadre moule en matériau synthétique ou équivalent de toutes ma- nières appropriées: collage, agraffage, etc. Sous la denomination de "cadre", il faut entendre aussi bien l'ensemble des parois verticales de la boite ou de son couvercle, que des montants d'angle, par exemple dans le cas de boites polygonales. 



   La nature de ces surfaces rapportées sera choisie d'après l'appli- cation ou la destination envisagée et le caractère plus ou moins luxueux que l'on veut leur donner: matériau synthétique ou non, carton, papier fort, tis- su, toile., soie, etc.; il en est de même de leur forme ou profil qui sera rectiligne, bombe ou plus ou moins compliquéo D'autre part ces surfaces rap- portées pourront être constituées d'une ou plusieurs pièces de même nature ou de nature différente. 



   Le dessin annexé à ce mémoire montre, uniquement à titre   d'exem   ple, une boite de baptême de forme rectangulaire fabriquée conformément au procédé de l'inventiono Dans ce dessin:

Comme le montre le dessin, la boite proprement dite et son cou- vercle sont essentiellement constitués par un cadre périphérique 1, 1' en matériau synthétique ou autre susceptible d'être moulé, présentant vers l'extérieur un dispositif de fixation pour une surface rapportée 2,   2',   destinée à remplir l'évidement formé par les dits cadres. 



   Dans le cas présent, on a utilisé comme moyen de fixation du fond 2 de la boite une glissière 3 venue de moulage avec le cadre 1, et dans laquelle on introduit le fond 2 constitué par exemple par une surface en carton.   Quant   au cadre 1' du couvercle il présente une bordure surbais- sée   4,   sur laquelle se fixe par collage, agraffage, etc., la surface exté- rieure 2'. Cette surface 2' est de forme bombée, mais, comme il a été dit,   on pourrait lui donner tout profil désiré ; peut être constituée par   du carton orné à sa partie extérieure de dessins ou gravures, ou de tissu tendu ou ondulé ou plié suivant la destination de la boite et le cachet que l'on veut lui donner, ou encore par un matériau plastique analogue ou différent de celui du cadre moulé. 



   Les cadres de la boite et du couvercle peuvent présenter toute section voulue,plus ou moins compliquée; les parois opposées du cadre de la boite pourront être entretoisées éventuellement par des barrettes assurant la rigidité de l'ensemble. De plus, comme il a été dit précédem- ment, les côtés ou faces latérales 5, 5' de la boite et de son couvercle pourront également être constitués par des surfaces rapportées de même na- ture ou de nature différente de celle des faces supérieure et inférieure de la boite. 



   On pourra utiliser le même procédé en vue de la fabrication d'emboitages ne possédant pas de couvercles, ou pourvus de couvercles,flexi- bles ne nécessitant pas de cadre.

The object of the present invention is a manufacturing process making it possible either to save material, or to embellish the box or the box, or else to pursue both objectives at the same time.



   This process consists in constituting all the walls of the box or cabinet, or only part of them, of attached surfaces fixed to the mold frame of synthetic material or equivalent in any suitable manner: gluing, stapling, etc. The term "frame" should be understood to mean both the set of vertical walls of the box or of its cover, and of the corner posts, for example in the case of polygonal boxes.



   The nature of these added surfaces will be chosen according to the application or the intended destination and the more or less luxurious character that we want to give them: synthetic material or not, cardboard, strong paper, fabric, canvas. ., silk, etc .; the same is true of their shape or profile, which will be rectilinear, rounded or more or less complicated. On the other hand, these added surfaces may be made up of one or more parts of the same or different nature.
