mine du système dit "TOUSSAINT-HEINT7àeiANN" qui se composent essentiellement, d'une part, de deux piédroits ayant une section transversale en forme d'U dont les bords sont rabattus d'équerre vers l'extérieur et, d'autre part, d'une couronne ayant une section transversale de même forme que celle des piédroits mais de dimensions réduites de façon à pouvoir s'encastrer par ses extrémités à l'intérieur de ces derniers.

Ce dispositif de fixation présente l'inconvénient de nécessiter un usinage assez important : taraudage des branches d'étrier et perçage de la plaque; en outre les filets de vis s'encrassent rapidement et se déforment entrainant une mise hors d'usage assez rapide ; il nécessite pour son serrage l'em- ploi d&une clé à molette qui ne fait habituellement pas partie de l'outillage courant du mineur.
Le dispositif de fixation conforme à la présente inven- tion, qui obvie aux inconvénients précités, est caractérisé en ce qu'il se compose, d'une part de deux crochets d'assemblage identiques constitués par un anneau ouvert, disposé de façon à pouvoir épouser, par l'une de ses extrémité la paroi interne de la couronne et une partie au moins de l'aile de cette dernière, tandis que l'autre extrémité vient à l'extérieur du cadre, en re- gard et au voisinage immédiat de la joue du piédroit et, d'autre part, d'une clavette en forme de coin destinée à prendre appui par l'une de ses tranches contre le raccordement de l'aile et de la joue du piédroit et, par l'autre tranche, contre l'extrémi- té externe du crochet de façon à provoquer l'emboîtement à fond des deux éléments de cadre.
Conformément à une autre caractéristique de l'invention la partie aiguë du coin comporte un changement de direction per- mettant sa mise en position en vue du serrage mais s'opposant à sa chute en cas de serrage initial imparfait.
L'invention comporte, en outre, d'autres caractéristi- ques qui ressortent tant de la description qui va suivre que du dessin annexé dans lequel : la Fig. 1 est une vue en'élévation d'un mode de réali- sation du dispositif d'assemblage conforme à l'invention en prise avec un cadre de mine du système "TOUSSAINT-HEINTZMANN" et la Fig. 2 en est une coupe transversale par II II de la Fig. 1.

étant effectué, conformément à l'invention, à l'aide des cro- chets d'assemblage A, A' et des clavettes en forme de coin B,B' qui s'appuient, d'une part, contre la surface de raccordement de l'aile et-de la joue du -piédroit et, d'autre part, contre la tranche interne de l'extrémité externe du crochet.
Dans l'exemple représenté, l'extrémité interne du cro- chet épouse rigoureusement la face interne et l'aile de la cou- ronne, mais il est évident que cette disposition n'est pas indis- pensable, d'autres formes d'anneau pouvant être adoptées. Sembla- blement la forme et la position de la branche externe de l'anneau sont variables et il est possible en particulier de donner à cette extrémité la forme d'un crochet entourant la clavette.
REVENDICATIONS
1 - Dispositif d'assemblage pour cadres de mine caracté- risé en ce qu'il se compose, d'une part, de deux crochets d'assem- blage identiques constitués par un anneau ouvert, disposé de façon à pouvoir épouser, par l'une de ses extrémités, la paroi interne de la couronne et une partie au moins de l'aile de cette dernière, tandis que l'autre extrémité vient à l'extérieur du cadre, en regard et au voisinage immédiat de la joue du piédroit et, d'autre part, d'une clavette en forme de coin destinée à prendre appui par l'une de ses tranches contre le raccordement de l'aile et de la joue du piédroit et, par l'autre tranche, contre l'extrémité externe du crochet de façon à provoquer l'emboîtement à fond des deux éléments de cadre.

This fixing device has the drawback of requiring fairly extensive machining: tapping of the caliper branches and drilling of the plate; in addition, the screw threads quickly clog and deform, causing fairly rapid decommissioning; it requires for its tightening the use of an adjustable wrench which is not usually part of the common tools of the miner.
The fixing device in accordance with the present invention, which obviates the aforementioned drawbacks, is characterized in that it consists, on the one hand, of two identical assembly hooks constituted by an open ring, arranged so as to be able to to fit, by one of its ends, the internal wall of the crown and at least part of the wing of the latter, while the other end comes outside the frame, in view of and in the immediate vicinity the cheek of the side wall and, on the other hand, a wedge-shaped key intended to be supported by one of its edges against the connection of the wing and the cheek of the side wall and, by the other edge, against the outer end of the hook so as to cause the two frame elements to fully engage.
In accordance with another characteristic of the invention, the acute part of the wedge comprises a change of direction allowing it to be placed in position with a view to tightening but preventing it from falling in the event of imperfect initial tightening.
The invention also comprises other characteristics which emerge both from the description which follows and from the appended drawing in which: FIG. 1 is a view in elevation of an embodiment of the assembly device according to the invention in engagement with a mine frame of the "TOUSSAINT-HEINTZMANN" system and FIG. 2 is a cross section through II II of FIG. 1.

In the example shown, the internal end of the hook strictly matches the internal face and the wing of the crown, but it is obvious that this arrangement is not essential, other forms of ring can be adopted. Similarly, the shape and the position of the external branch of the ring are variable and it is possible in particular to give this end the shape of a hook surrounding the key.
CLAIMS
