@ Jean DRUGMAND bRULEUR AU MAZOUT @ @ DESCRIPTION:

 <Desc/Clms Page number 2>

@ Jean DRUGMAND OIL BURNER @ @ DESCRIPTION:
The burner-type consists of:
1 of a U-shaped crown-base EF, made of cast iron or any other metal, in the groove of which the fuel oil to be burned is admitted by any tubing provided with a graduated valve to regulate the flow. This crown-base has a diameter of 160 mm and its walls are 25 mm high.

2 of an exterior ABCV element in perforated sheet, forming a cylinder open at the top and bottom and measuring 155 mm in diameter and 80 mm in height. This outer element is introduced into the groove of the crown-base against the outer wall of the U.

3 of a GHIJ interior element, also in perforated sheet metal, also forming a cylinder, but closed at its upper part by a solid disc and open at the bottom. It measures 90 mm in diameter and 80 mm in height. It is placed in the groove of the crown-base against the interior wall of the U.

The dimensions indicated can be proportionally increased or decreased to achieve larger or smaller burners, without in any way affecting the proper functioning of the appliance.
 EMI1.1

  BURNER FUNCTION:
The burner being placed in the circuit of a chimney, the fuel oil is sent into the groove of the crown-base by the tube coming from the tank and provided with the graduated valve. As soon as it forms a small sheet evenly distributed in the back of the throat, it is lit by means of a piece of flaming paper thrown over the fuel oil. The burner, by heating up gradually, vaporizes the latter and the flames produced become completely oxygenated between the exterior and interior elements, releasing a strong heat (ten thousand calories per liter of fuel oil consumed).

A burner of this model, placed for example in a stove, makes it possible to cook not only on the top of the stove, but also to cook in ovens, which is not feasible

with the @leue wick and flame burners currently in use.

    CLAIMS:
I claim the following distinctive characteristics for the burner presented:
1 Its simplicity: it consists of only three parts. In fact it could, without changing the result, be made from a single piece of cast iron; for ease of maintenance, it is recommended to build it in three pieces as shown above.

2 11 burns fuel oil without the use of a wick.

3 11 consumes the fuel oil using the natural draft of the chimney (therefore without fan or injector) and burns it with clear and bright flames like those of good coal, without producing any residue or smoke.

** ATTENTION ** end of DESC field can contain start of CLMS **.

Claims (1)

**ATTENTION** fin du champ CLMS peut contenir debut de DESC **. 4 it lights up in a few moments with a piece of flaming paper and as often as desired. Finally, it works perfectly from very low idle speed (pilot light) to maximum, without clogging or smoking. ** CAUTION ** end of field CLMS may contain start of DESC **.
