La présente invention se rapporte à une ceinture élastique pour dames et elle a pour but d'obtenir par des moyens simples une pression sur la partie abdominale et de repartir cette pression uniformément sur tout le milieu du corps, en conservant pour ce dernier des formes normales.
Conformément à l'invention, cette ceinture com- prend une gaine de tissu sur laquelle sont fixés, de préfé- ,ou incrustes/ rence piqué , des rubans-sangles soumis à une traction à chaque extrémité et se croisant sur la partie abdominale de manière à exercer une pression sur les organes.
Dans la réalisation pratique de l'invention, les rubans-sangles se croisant sur la partie abdominale sont reliés, d'une part, à une bande de tissu fixée au niveau de la taille à la gaine et, d'autre part, à des bandes descen- dant à peu près verticalement à partir de cette bande de tissu et servant de fixation aux jarretelles.
