   AXE D'ACCOUPLEMENT REGLABLE EN LONGUEUR. 



   La présente invention a pour objet un système perfectionné de montage de pièces côte à côte sur un axe, avec tolérance d'ajustage   prédéterminée.-  
Ce système permet le rattrapage éventuel de jeu entre les diverses pièces constitutives de 1'assemblage.-
Le dispositif conçu dans le but précité, comporte un axe dont' la longueur utile est rendue variable par le déplacement d'une vis concentrique à cet axe et dont l'une ou l'autre extrémité sert de butée d'appui.-
Ce dispositif,ainsi décrit, est d'application pratique immédiate au montage des crosses ou béquilles de portes en bois, métalliques ou autres, avec ou sans serrure ou verrou.

   Il peut, d'autre part, trouver des applications dans différents domaines de la construction mécanique.-
Il remédie aux inconvénients inhérents à la majorité des systèmes existants de fixation de crosses par goupillage en des endroits fixes du fait de le. construction même   de     ]'axe.-

Tout en permettant le règlage précis au moment même du montage sans le concours d'outils ou de main-d'oeuvre spécialisée, il diffère d'autres systèmes comparables, par la faculté de modifier ce règlage suivant les besoins. -
La disposition suivante est adoptée :

  
Au voisinage de l'une des extrémités de l'axe à section quelconque solidarisant les crosses ou béquilles, une oeillère allongée est créée dont le but est de permettre le passage de la goupille de fixation de cette crosse ou béquille,-
A la même extrémité et concentriquement à cet axe, une vis filetée obture à volonté cette oeillère jusqu'à situer   exactement   l'endroit optimum du passage de la goupille.-
En affectant la tête de la vis d'une forme à section correspondante au trou de la crosse ou béquille, cette dernière sert à la mise en positiondéfinitive de la dite vis sans recourir à aucun outil et l'ensemble étant goupillé, cette vis est verrouillée par la crosse ou béquille même :

   aucun déréglage spontané ne pouvant dorénavant se produire.-
Dans le cas   d'axe   à section circulaire, la tête de la vis est moletée ou rainurée pour l'emploi d'un tourne-vis : ce cas est exceptionnel.-
La description qui va suivre en regard du dessin annexé, donné à titre exemplatif, fera bien comprendre le mode de réalisation de l'invention.-
