La présente invention a pour objet des perfectionnements apportés aux soutien-gorge dans le but de leur permettre d'assurer un maintien parfaitement efficace des seins, dont ils peuvent au besoin corriger la "ligne", sans causer aucune gène, et ceci, quels que soient les mouvements de la personne portant le soutien-gorge, celui-ci pouvant être agencé de façon à rester toujours convenablement appliqué sur le buste sans se déplacer par rapport à celui-ci.

lieu aux "poches" , et permettent en particulier de maintenir les seins dans une position haute, en leur donnant une "ligne" très esthétique, sans que ceux-ci, par suite des mouvements de la personne portant le soutien-gorge, puissent peser trop fortement sur oe dernier et le détendre, ou se déplacer vers les aisselles.
A cet effet, suivant l'invention, le patron de chacune des poches est découpé de façon à former deux pinces qui donnent à la poche la forme du sein, et qui sont orientées suivant deux directions perpendiculaires, ou à peu près, de telle façon que le tissu est de droit fil dans chacune des deux direotions suivant lesquelles il est plus particulièrement désirable d'assurer le maintien du buste pour obtenir les avantages mentionnés ci-dessus, c'est-àdire, d'une part, dans la direction suivant laquelle ce tissu travaille pour maintenir effacée la partie inférieure des seins, et, d'autre part, dans la direction suivant laquelle il travaille pour maintenir les seins latéralement.
Un maintien parfait de la poitrine est ainsi assuré suivant ces deux directions principales, toute déformation du tissu susceptible de nuire à son efficacité étant évitée du fait que ce tissu travaille de droit-fil.
On évite de cette façon les inconvénients des soutien-gorge ordinaires qui ne peuvent généralement procurer à la partie inférieure du buste un appui

besoin la "ligne" trop lourde ou disgracieuse, et assurer un maintien latéral suffisamment efficace.
La disposition suivante a d'autre part été prévue pour maintenir le soutien-gorge en place, et permettre ainsi aux poches de toujours remplir efficacement leur rôle.
On sait qu'il est difficile d'ajuster le soutien-gorge sur le buste et de l'empêcher de glisser, de tomber ou de remonter par suite des mouvements de la personne qui le porte, sans employer des moyens de fixation désagréables, et qui blessent souvent cette personne.
Pour éviter ces déplacements du soutiengorge sur le buste, on a en effet recours le plus généralement à des rubans, pattes ou liens qui s'attachent sur les cotés du devant du soutien-gorge et se nouent soit dans le dos, soit devant après s'être croisés dans le dos. Ces liens sont souvent en caoutchouo et, ou bien ils sont trop lâches et ne maintiennent pas le soutien-gorge tiraillé par les bretelles, ou bien ils serrent et blessent la personne.
Dans d'autres modèles, le soutien-gorge se continue dans le dos par des bandes de tissu qui,pour ne pas se rouler, sont attachées par des liens à la ceinture ou à la gaine, ce qui complique la mise en place du soutien-gorge et devient rapidement désagréable etinesthétique.
Pour éviter autant que possible la tendance du soutien-gorge à remonter, on doit régler la longueur des épaulettes de telle façon qu'elles soient assez lâches, mais elles ne remplissent plus alors

que de façon très imparfaite leur rôle qui est de bien maintenir les poches.
Bref, les différents soutien-gorge usuels ont l'inconvénient de ne pas assurer un maintien suffisant pour empêcher le soutien-gorge de remonter à moins de moyens compliqués qui serrent le buste et sont désagréables.
Dans le soutien-gorge suivant l'invention , on évite les inconvénients ci-dessus en donnant aux' pattes latérales de fixation, et, plus particulièrement, à leurs bords intérieurs et inférieurs, des contours tels qu'elles épousent parfaitement la forme du torse, notamment à l'endroit de la pointe inférieure de l'omoplate.
Ces pattes, qui continuent le soutien-gorge dans le dos et sont suffisamment larges pour ne pas couper la peau comme les rubans et les liens, s'adaptent au torse de façon telle qu'elles restent bien appliquées dessus, sans se rouler, et sans qu'il soit nécessaire d'utiliser, pour les raidir, des baleines cuautres moyens équivalents, même si on les tend suffisamment pour obtenir un maintien efficace.
D'autre part, elles "tiennent" assez bien pour ne pas risquer de remonter, même si on tend les épaulettes de façon à soulever le buste.
Suivant une disposition particulière de l'invention, on rend-les avantages ci-dessus encore plus sensibles en coupant ces pattes de telle façon que la direction du droit-fil soit tangente à la courbe for-

La traction que subissent les pattes latérales pour maintenir le soutien-gorge en place s'exerce ainsi suivant le droit-fil, ce qui permet à ces pattes de travailler dans les meilleures conditions, sans 'déformation,

centrale de la poche, correspondant à la pointe du sein ; la pince P1 est disposée sur le côté extérieur de la poche, et orientée de façon à se fermer suivant le droit-fil F1 ; la pince F2 est disposée à la partie inférieure de la poche, perpendiculairement, ou à peu près , à la pince Pl ,et également suivant un droit-fil, F2,du tissu..
On donne à la poche la forme désirée en fermant ces deux pinces comme il est représenté à la fig. 2, ce qui, en particulier, procure au buste un soutien parfaitement efficace, d'une part, à la partie inférieure des seins qui est maintenue effacée comme il est indiqué en I, et, d'autre part, latéralement, comme il est indiqué en L.
La couture médiane réunissant les bords B2 des deux poches est dissimulée à sa partie inférieure par une patte P, et, suivant une disposition particulière de l'invention, la partie supérieure de cet assemblage comporte une fronce ? contribuant à donner aux poches une forme qui épouse parfaitement oelle des seins.
Le soutien-gorge suivant les Fige* 3, 4 eomporte deux poches, conformées de la façon déorite cidessus, et sur les o8tés desquelles sont cousues, ou autrement fixées, des pattes latérales de fixation D, s'attachant dans le dos par exemple au moyen d'une bride élastique B.
La fixation est complétée au moyen d'épaulettes E.

coupée de façon à épouser parfaitement la forme du torse, notamment, comme il a été dit, à l'endroit de la pointe inférieure de l'omoplate-, ce qui assure le maintien du soutien-gorge sans qu'il soit nécessaire de le serrer trop fortement, l'empêche de remonter,et évite que ces pattes D se roulent.
A cet effet, leur bord inférieur a une forme courbe, concave, telle qu'indiquée en D1 à la fig.4; leur bord intérieur, c'est-à-dire celui par lequel elles sont fixées aux poches ,a également une forme courbe, telle qu'indiquée en D .
Le bord inférieur Dl est préférablemet renforcé, par exemple par un faux-ourlet en biais 0, piqué en biais comme il est représenté à la fig. 3.
De plus, chaque patte D est coupée de telle façon que le droit-fil du tissu soit orienté comme il est indiqué en F à la fig. 4, c'est-à-dire tangentiellement à. la partie médiane du bord Dl , et de façon à être horizontal, ou sensiblement tel, quand le soutien-gorge est en place.
La disposition décrite permet de bien ajuster les épaulettes E pour obtenir un soutien satisfaisant; à cet effet, ces épaulettes comportent des coulisses 07 permettant de les tendre.

It is known that it is difficult to adjust the bra to the bust and to prevent it from slipping, falling or coming up as a result of the movements of the person wearing it, without using unpleasant fixing means, and that often hurt that person.
To avoid these displacements of the bra on the bust, we generally use ribbons, tabs or ties which attach to the sides of the front of the bra and are tied either in the back or in the front after s 'be crossed in the back. These ties are often rubber and either are too loose and do not keep the bra pulled by the straps, or they tighten and injure the person.

In the bra according to the invention, the above drawbacks are avoided by giving the lateral fixing tabs, and more particularly their inner and lower edges, contours such that they perfectly match the shape of the torso. , especially at the point of the lower point of the scapula.
These legs, which continue the bra in the back and are wide enough not to cut the skin like the ribbons and ties, adapt to the torso in such a way that they remain tightly applied on it, without curling, and without it being necessary to use, to stiffen them, whales other equivalent means, even if they are stretched sufficiently to obtain an effective support.
