La présente invention a pour objet un collier de serrage amovible pour tuyauteries de tous genres se distinguant essen- tiellement des systèmes connus en ce que la partie amovible du. collier possède des pattes s'insérant dans des machoires de la partie fixe du collier et s'y fixant après serrage grâ- ce à des saillies ou picots venues avec elle et pénétrant dans des cavités ou encoches correspondantes de ces machoires, ' De plus le collier ne forme qu'une pièce avec sa rosace,dans laquelle il est serti et qui est traversé par la vis d'attache du crochet de fixation amovible.

Uette construction spéciale permet de supprimer les char.- nières et les vis actuelles,qui étaient souvent enlevées malin- tentionnellement et présente en outre l'avantage de fournir @ un collier solide et de montage aisé.

D'une manière générale,le collier,en tôle d'acier estampée pour lui assurer une résistance supérieure,comprend deux demi.- colliers I et 2,une rosace 3 et un crochet de fixation 4.
Le demi-collier I est serti dans la rosace 2 et il présente deux mâchoires 5 diamétralement disposées entre lesquelles s' insérent des pattes 6 venues avec le demi-collier amovible 2.
Des pattes 6 possèdent chacune une ou des saillies ou picots 7 qui lors de l'assemblage pénètrent dans des cavités ou encoches correspondantes 8 prévues dans une paroi des mâchoires 5.
D'autre part le crochet de fixation 4,formé dans le cas présent, d'un tronçon de tôle nervuré latéralement et dont les extrêmités repliées l'une sur l'autre sont maintenues par une vis 9, se fixe sous la rosace 3 à l'aide de cette même vis 9 dont la tête prend appui contre le fond du collier I,comme le montre la Fig.4.
Dans ces conditions,le crochet de fixation 4 porté par le collier étant enfoncé dans un mur ou une cloison quelconque, on pose la tuyauterie à maintenir dans la gorge du demi-collier I,puis on insère dans les mâchoires 5 de ce dernier le demicollier amovible 2.Il suffira alors de serrer au moyen d'une pince les mâchoires 5 pour empêcher les saillies 7 de sortir des encoches 8 et par suite le demi-collier 2 de se détacher.
Il est bien entendu que la forme,les dimensions et la matière des différentes parties du collier susdit peuvent varier suivant les applications,car ce collier peut être utilisé pour le maintien dès-tuyauteries en général,qu'il s'agisse de tuyaux de descente d'eau pluviale,de tuyauteries de chauffage central, de tuyauteries industrielles,ete.

In general, the collar, made of stamped sheet steel to ensure greater resistance, comprises two half-collars I and 2, a rosette 3 and a fixing hook 4.
The half-collar I is crimped in the rosette 2 and it has two jaws 5 diametrically arranged between which are inserted tabs 6 coming with the removable half-collar 2.
Tabs 6 each have one or more projections or pins 7 which, during assembly, penetrate into corresponding cavities or notches 8 provided in a wall of the jaws 5.
On the other hand the fixing hook 4, formed in the present case, of a section of sheet metal ribbed laterally and whose ends folded over one another are held by a screw 9, is fixed under the rosette 3 to using the same screw 9, the head of which bears against the bottom of the collar I, as shown in Fig.4.
Under these conditions, the fixing hook 4 carried by the collar being driven into a wall or any partition, the piping to be maintained in the groove of the half-collar I is placed, then the half-collar is inserted into the jaws 5 of the latter. removable 2.
