in the event of its malfunction, by another.
The invention relates to a separate dispenser which can be coupled instantly with a syringe by adapting the outlet spout thereof to an inlet channel of the dispenser spool, which spool moves freely by one. longitudinal movement back and forth in a corresponding cylinder, following the movements of the piston in the body of the syringe. The adaptation of the nozzle of the syringe to the drawer of the dispenser is advantageously carried out by simple force-penetrating of the nozzle of the syringe into the channel of the drawer.
The accompanying drawing represents by way of example only one embodiment of the object of the invention.
Figs.1 and 2 show in elevation respectively the casing and the separate dispenser drawer; FIG. 3 is a standing view showing the drawer in its envelope. FIG. 4 is an overall view and shows the. syringe shown partially, coupled with the dispenser shown in section, the figure showing at the same time the operation ',.
The distributor consists of a cylindrical casing 1, (fig.1) with two side pipes and 3 respectively for the suction and the discharge, these two pipes being suitably offset with respect to each other; the body 1 has on each side an operating slot 4 parallel to. the axis, joined by a transverse slot 5 to an entry slot 6 going up to 1'extr mité of the casing.
The drawer 7 of the dispenser fig.2) has two side lugs 8 intended for. cooperate with

previous lunges; the soft-rubbing slide 7 can be inserted into the cylindrical body 1 by presenting the pins 8 opposite the entry grooves 6, after which, and thanks to the knurled button 9, the pins are slid 8 along the transverse grooves 5 to bring them into the corresponding longitudinal grooves 4. In this position, as shown in section in fig. 4, the distributor is mounted and ready for operation, if it is coupled. with an injection syringe.
The slide 7 is pierced right through with a transverse channel 10, intended to cooperate alternately with the orifices of the tubes 2 and 3 of the cylinder 1, and an axial channel 11 opening into the previous one and ending at the end. lower part of the drawer by a conical inlet into which the beo, also conical, 12 of any syringe 13 can be forced into.
The position and the length of the axial groove 4 of the cylinder 1 are chosen so that, at the two end positions of the spool 7 in the casing 1 which are determined by the stop of the lugs 8 against the ends of the groove 4, the channel transverse 10 of the spool alternately opposite one and the other tubes 2 and 3 of the cylindrical shell.
The operation is as follows =
After having mounted the dispenser as indicated above and adapted the spout of a syringe to the dispenser drawer as in fig. 4, the operator grasps with one hand the casing 1 and with the other the plunger of the syringe that it moves back and forth in the usual way: the friction of the piston against the syringe cylinder begins by driving this syringe cylinder and consequently the drawer

Of course, various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the invention.
For example, the cylindrical body 1 may have only one bayonet groove 6-5-4, but it is preferable that it comprises two diametrically opposed, so that, whatever the position of the distributor, the opera - tor always have one of the grooves under his eyes, so that he can check the correct functioning of the dispenser. In addition to the pipes 2 and 3, a side tube located at 90 from them and which can be used for washing can also be provided. - age of the syringe with physiological serum.
CLAIMS
1 - Blood transfusion apparatus by means of a suction and pressing syringe combined with a dispenser o characterized in that the dispenser is made up of a drawer with rectilinear reciprocating movements so that the start of the movement of the piston determines, as a result of the stronger adhesion between the piston and the cylinder than between the distributor body and the spool, a displacement of the latter having the effect of reversing the communications when the direction of movement of the piston changes.
2 - Apparatus according to 1, characterized in that the connection of the syringe with the dispenser is ensured by the adhesion of the conical beo of the syringe with a female cone corresponding to the drawer so that the disassembly of the syringe and its replacement by a other can be done immediately and during the operation if necessary.
