Couvre-goulot en une seule pièce à bouchon rem- plaçable après usure.
La présente invention a trait à un couvre-goulot de bouteil- le ou autre récipient, à bouchon remplaçable après usure consis- tant en une coiffe au fond de laquelle se visse le bouchon de liè- ge dont le desserrage est empêche: d'une part par des saignées pratiquées tangentiellement dans le filetage de la coiffe et en contresens des filets de vis, et d'autre part, si jugé nécessaire, par une rondelle Grower logée sous le bouchon au fond de la coiffe.
Le couvre-goulot est en une seule pièce évidée, très légère, susceptible d'être moulée en coquille et coquille sous pression, en un métal tel que aluminium, métal dur, maillechort, bronze d'a- luminium, etc.., ou même en une matière plastique telle que bakéli- te, alalithe, etc...; sa forme est spécialement étudiée pour pro- curer un aspect uniforme artistique des bouteilles qui en sont pour- vues.
Le dessin ci-annexé auquel on se réfère montre, à titre d'exem- ple, une forme de réalisation de l'invention et notamment:

La coiffe C, évidée à son intérieur, porte en son fond la doua le taraudée D dans laquelle se visse le bouchon de liège B rempla- çable après usure.
Des saignées ou coupure S sont pratiquées dans la douille D en direction sensiblement tangentielle et en contresens du sens des filets de vis V.
On crée ainsi d'une part une arête vive A à l'inverse du sens f du filet, laquelle arête s'oppose au desserrage intempes- tif du bouchon et un arrondi A' sur l'autre bord de la coupure, lequel arrondi ne présente pas de résistance lors du vissage du bouchon B. Par conséquent, en débouchant la bouteille ou le fla- con, on ne risque pas de dévisser le bouchon B, car au moindre mou- vement de dévissage, l'arête A rentre dans le liège et immobilise le bouchon.
Les lèvres des saignées S peuvent être parallèles (figure 2), ou mieux divergentes (figure 3) en s'éloignant du centre.
Il est marne possible, à l'aide d'un outil spécial, de déformer le bord de la douille D, suivant des éléments de spirale, ce qui a pour effet de rapprocher du centre les azotes vives A comme repré- senté en figure 4, pour obtenir un accrochage encore plus prononcé.
La douille D et son filetage V peuvent être cylindriques ou coniques, à pas suffisamment gros. Le filet de vis peut être en for me de V symétrique ou mieux dissymétrique avec un cote plates celui tourné vers le fond de la coiffa.
Une rondelle Grower G extra-plate logée sous le bouchon B, au fond de la douille D, peut être adjointe pour éviter plus effi- cacement encore le desserrage du bouchon.

Des arêtes rayonnantes R peuvent même être ménagées dans le fond de la coiffe pour accrocher la rondelle Grower et l'em- pêcher de tourner.
Pour remplacer le bouchon pourri ou détérioré, il suffira d'arracher le bouchon et de retirer avec un canif les bouts de bouchon pouvant s'être inséré dans les saignées S.
L'adjonction d'une bague fendue E (filetée intérieurement et extérieurement), à l'intérieur de la douille D,permet l'adaptation de différentes grosseurs de bouchons dans le couvre-goulot.
La saignée S' de la contre-bague E est semblable comme dis- position et comme effet aux saignées S de la douille D. On pourrait même prévoir plusieurs saignées S' ne s'étendant pas sur toute la hauteur de la contre-bague E.
L' invention n'est pas au surplus limitée à la seule forme de réalisation représentée, toutes modifications de détail pouvant y être apportées sans sortir du cadre du présent brevet.

The cover C, hollowed out inside, carries the doua at its bottom, the threaded D into which is screwed the cork stopper B which can be replaced after wear.

Radiating ridges R can even be provided in the bottom of the fairing to hook the Grower washer and prevent it from turning.
