Abstract

De huidige uitvinding betreft een verpakkingsinrichting en een verpakkingswerkwijze voor makarons, omvattende een houder of schaal uit thermoplastisch en transparant materiaal en voorzien van een aantal rijen van enkelvoudige compartimenten, waarbij elk compartiment één makaron in een opstaand of liggende positie huisvest en waarbij meerdere rijen naast elkaar in één vlak een laag beschrijven, welke laag is afgesloten middels een lasverbinding met een transparante dekselfolie waarbij de dekselfolie voorzien is van één of meerdere verzwakkingranden op de lasverbinding waarbij de rijen op verschillende tijdstippen separaat kunnen worden geopend waardoor deze rijen gesloten blijven tot ze effectief worden verbruikt.
