Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé d'enroulement d'un biscuit plat cuit sur une bande transporteuse en acier couvrant les étapes de : transfert du biscuit plat cuit sur une bande comprimée, enroulement du biscuit plat cuit autour d'une barre d’enroulement, dans lequel la bande comprimée presse le biscuit plat contre la barre d’enroulement jusqu'à ce que le biscuit plat soit enroulé autour de la barre d’enroulement, résultant en un biscuit cylindrique, et le retrait de ladite barre d'enroulement, dans lequel ledit biscuit cylindrique est renvoyé sur la bande transporteuse en acier, dans lequel le biscuit plat cuit a une température d'au moins 50 °C. L'invention concerne également un agencement permettant de rouler des biscuits plats en biscuits cylindriques. L'invention porte en outre sur ces biscuits cylindriques ou biscuits cigarettes et sur un assortiment de ces biscuits.
