Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à un kit pour la formation d’un matériel de mousse de polyuréthane (PUR), le kit comprenant un composant isocyanate étant un polyisocyanate, un composant polyol, un agent gonflant et un catalyseur, dans lequel le composant isocyanate et le composant polyol sont présents dans le kit ont dans un rapport de poids compris entre 15:10 et 18:10, caractérisé en ce que le composant polyol comprend au moins trois polyols de polyéther différents, lesquels polyols de polyéther sont présents ensemble dans une concentration d’au moins 75,0 % en poids par rapport au poids total du composant polyol. D’autres aspects de l'invention comprennent l'utilisation du kit, une méthode pour la formation d’un matériel de mousse de polyuréthane (PUR), un matériel de mousse de polyuréthane (PUR), et un panneau sandwich comprenant le matériel de mousse.
