OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a male undergarment provided with a reinforced support and support system and the method for producing the latter. The present invention relates more particularly to a male undergarment ensuring comfort in ies movements without compressing ies private parts.

Technological background and state of the art on which the invention is based [0002] The current market for male underwear tends to be oriented towards articles which conform to body shapes. Whether it is boxer, shorty, boxer shorts, briefs or other, iis are available in ‘slim’ or tight-fitting mode. However, in terms of comfort and support, we are generally far from the expected result. The difficulty is to provide support and support for the private parts while ensuring a great freedom of comfort in the movements and without compressing the private parts. Whatever the position, movement and environment, this part of the body is subject to many constraints. Thus, in a sitting position, the lower limbs fold up and the inguinal space is reduced. The tight-fitting undergarments then crush the genitals thus creating compressions and heating. The consequences are multiple: with the rise in temperature and confinement, the risks of bacterial infection, inflammation, and even reduction of fertility are serious. In contrast, during movements, especially during physical activities, oscillations and other movements of the private parts, more or less violent shocks can lead to trauma and discomfort.

Generally, male underwear is not reinforced at the front central part which is the part which can constitute the envelope for supporting and supporting the intimate parts. In other cases, this front central part serving as a reception shell is provided with additional panels arranged on the front which, however, have difficulty achieving the objective of maintaining and comforting the private parts.

In particular, US patent 9375035 (Ingels) describes a male undergarment, reinforced at the front panels and which has a support formed of at least two internal elements starting frontally at the level of the front middle part under the belt and crossing at a relatively large distance above the crotch and thus forming an envelope serving as a shell for private parts. However, this undergarment, by its very structure, has drawbacks such as some discomfort and overheating over the hours. In particular, the private parts will be compressed because the envelope which serves as a reception shell will be too tight and / or too rigid.

Conversely, and as described in patent applications WO 2010 128947 (Cirque Deluxe AB) and FR 2567001 (Delachaux) which disclose male underwear provided on the front with a support envelope which avoids compression of private parts by proposing to oversize it; this type of underwear may be uncomfortable

BE2016 / 5846 due to the lack of maintenance. In particular, this support envelope extends from the crotch to the waist and is considered to be too loose which generates an untimely and too easy movement of the private parts during the movements of the body.

AIMS OF THE INVENTION The present invention aims to provide an undergarment which does not present the problems and drawbacks of the prior art.

The present invention therefore aims to provide a male underwear which combines the great support and support of private parts, while ensuring comfort and this in all circumstances, that ie the wearer of said underwear is in a active or static position. More particularly, the present invention describes a male undergarment provided at the level of the support and support envelope before a bellows or reception shell allowing increased comfort of the private parts while guaranteeing ventilation.

Likewise, the present invention aims to propose a male undergarment and its manufacturing process which makes it possible to reduce the number of seams to be executed during the manufacture thereof, which will not only save time, but will also avoid untimely friction due to the excess thickness of fabrics at the seams.

Preferably, the internal parts of said undergarment are made from a fabric with at least 5% of spandex, the rest may be polyester or polyamide. The fabric is of cellular or perforated material and has a grammage of maximum 200 g / m ² , preferably of maximum 150 g / m ² and still more preferably of maximum 100 g / m ² .

Advantageously, said undergarment takes the form of a boxer, underpants, shorty, underpants or any other undergarment capable of supporting the intimate parts of a man , in particular when practicing a sport or for any medical or therapeutic use.

Advantageously, the material for making said undergarment is cotton, polyester, silk ia, viscose ia, spandex, wool ia, fleece or a combination of these constituents.

The present invention will be described below and in detail in a preferred embodiment of the invention, using the appended figures which show preferred and non-limiting variants of the invention. In particular, the dimensions are not limiting and will of course depend on the size of the person who will have to wear them. Likewise, what we will call the front face, the rear (or dorsal) face, can be considered as the faces that presents ie under clothing when it is worn by a human being.

Detailed description of the invention The present invention will be described in more detail in one or more preferred embodiments of the invention with reference to the appended figures and for which elements or details can be combined or omitted, it the same is true with regard to a combination of details shown in the different figures, possibly with essential elements of the present invention.

The different elements are described for a size, for example L. For other sizes: XS, S, M, XL, XXL, ... the proportions must be adapted accordingly.

FIG. 1 describes a view taken from the front (front view) from outside the male undergarment according to an embodiment of the present invention. In this particular case, it is a boxer type undergarment. Conventionally, this undergarment comprises an elastic belt (01) closed on itself by a seam (01a) which is preferably located at the rear of the undergarment (as shown in FIG. 2). The belt can be a simple band but can also be a tubular belt and on which are joined two half-legs each consisting of a left (02a) or right (02b) front panel and a rear panel (05) or part of rear panel. It is observed in FIG. 1 that the two panels (02a) and (02b) are interconnected by means of a front central panel (04), which has the form of an envelope (3D) and which serves as a support and support element for the intimate parts which will be placed frontally and in the center (along the middle) between the two front left panels (02a) and right front panels (02b).

In order to achieve the two half-legs, the two panels, left front (02a) and right front (02b), are secured respectively by a side seam (03a) and (03b) to a rear panel (05) as shown in Figure 2.

Each of the front panels (02a) or (02b) is also secured to this rear panel (05) at the crotch by a seam (06a) or (06b).

The outer panel of the envelope (04) will be secured to each of the front left (02a) and right front (02b) panels by means of a side seam (04a) or (04b). The shapes which are shown in FIGS. 7a and 7b will judiciously make it possible to bring volume and therefore to produce a 3D shape which will serve as a shell or support envelope and support. Suitably, this holding and support envelope (04) is doubled using a panel (07) as shown in FIG. 8. The presence of this central lining panel (07) makes it possible to protect the private parts of the friction of the various seams and in particular of the seams (04a), (04b), (04c) and (04d). In addition, the fact of providing a lining makes it possible, on the one hand, to slightly reinforce the support and support envelope, to avoid too rapid wear but above all to avoid transparency.

Figures 3, 4 and 5 show several views of the interior of the male underwear according to the present invention. In a particularly advantageous manner and with a view more specifically to being able to support and hold the testicles in place, it is intended according to the present invention to have inside the holding and support envelope (04) a "basket" or hammock . This basket or hammock will be formed using two separate internal pieces of fabric (09a) and (09b) which are arranged in the form of strips on either side of the median plane inside the envelope itself. . Ideally and as shown in Figure 9, each of the two internal parts (09a) and (09b) has a length corresponding at least to the length of the side (G) which itself will correspond to the seam on the side of the front central panel (04) constituting the envelope. The other side (F) of each of the two internal parts (09a) and (09b) has a length which remains greater than the height (H) which corresponds to the developed according to the median plane of the central panel. Ideally, the length (F) is at least 10% greater, preferably more than 15%, preferably more than 25% at height (H).

In a particularly advantageous manner, the internal parts (09a) and (09b) which constitute the separate bands are placed symmetrically with respect to the median plane inside the same envelope (04). On the one hand, they are secured to the belt on a surface less than the surface corresponding to a zone lower (B) than a third of the central connection zone (A), this central connection zone (A) being defined by the connecting surface of the support and support envelope directly on the belt (01). This means that the connection zone of each of the two internal parts defining the support bands correspond between approximately 10% and approximately 15% of the central zone, which makes it possible to leave a relatively large part free of any presence of hammock in the median plane at the level of the central zone in the support and support envelope (04).

According to another advantageous characteristic, ie positioning of each of the two internal parts (09a) and (09b) inside the holding envelope and support (04) is produced so that the central location between these two internal parts be free. Advantageously, provision is made for the two internal parts to occupy between approximately 30% and approximately 50% of the surface present in the junction zone on the belt.

The other important characteristic according to the present invention is that the two internal parts acting as retaining strips are arranged so as to cross at least partially at the crotch or to be joined at the crotch. This original configuration will allow on the one hand to increase the comfort necessary to support the private parts and in particular of the testicles and on the other hand to make a single seam at the crotch making it possible to secure both the envelope and support and support and its lining as well as the internal parts directly on the rear panel and this at the crotch.

According to another advantageous characteristic, the two internal parts (09a) and (09b) are connected to the front central panel (04) serving as an envelope at the crotch over a distance corresponding to a distance (D).

Particularly advantageously, the two internal parts (09a) and (09b) can cross at the crotch over a distance (E). The crossing can be done so that it is total (C = D ~ E) or partial (E Ψ D + C). According to yet another preferred embodiment, the crossing may be zero, but it is essential that the two parts (9a) and (9b) be at least contiguous. In a particularly advantageous manner and in order to let the intimate parts breathe, these internal parts (09a) and (09b) are made of a light and airy material, ideally a quality of fabric having a grammage of less than 200 gr / is chosen. m ² and preferably less than 150 gr / m ² and even more preferably less than 100 gr / m ² . This material should ideally be in the form of a cellular mesh material or a perforated material. This material must allow not only the circulation of the air flow but also of water, for example due to perspiration.
