Om het vullen van een mengkamer met verticale mengvijzel te vergemakkelijken, wordt de volledige kamer neergelegd om zo het product te kunnen opscheppen ipv. het er met een 2e machine in te werpen.

Beschrijving
Kantelen van mengkamer met verticale mengvijzel Aanpasbaar voor in de hef van de tractor of in front van een verreiken
Deze vinding heeft betrekking op het eenvoudig vulbaar maken van verticale mengwagens, dit door de mengkamer met mengvijzel plat te leggen om zo het product te kunnen opscheppen. De huidige mengsystemen met verticale mengvijzels beperken zich tot grote karren met een groot volume en die gevuld moeten worden door een 2e machine. Dit is soms echter te groot/gecompliceerd. Het voordeel van dit systeem is het feit dat de gehele kuip kan neergelegd worden om zo zichzelf te vullen, net zoals een schepbak. Er is dus geen 2e machine meer nodig om de menger te vullen. Het vullen kan eventueel gebeuren door een opgebouwde kuilhapper of afsnijmes. Nadat de mengkamer gevuld is word deze terug in de verticale positie gezet om te beginnen met mengen, dit ofwel door het kniksysteem die standaard op een verreiker/kniklader gebouwd is ofwel door een kniksysteem die op de menger zelf gebouwd is.

  1. Conclusie Het kantelend maken van een mengkamer met verticale vijzel heeft als voordeel dat het vullen met 1 enkele machine kan gebeuren. Hierop kan dan ook een uitkuilsysteem opgebouwd worden (kuilhapper, zaagmes of frees) Een kleine mengkamer kan aan een tractor of verrreiker/shofel gebouwd worden.
