Il existe dans le commerce des lampes clignotantes standards et des catadioptres qui sont souvent utilisés par les cyclistes dans le cadre de la sécurité routière.
La lampe " protect sécurité bébé " est une lampe clignotante dont la particularité est d'être munie de deux
" catadioptres ",ce qui permet de la voir clignoter de deux côtés opposés en même temps. Cette invention,une fois,installée sur une poussette pour enfants,une chaise roulante ou autre permet de signaler la présence de la dite poussette,chaise roulante,lors de la traversée d'une route aux passages prévus à cet effet ou non,aux conducteurs automobiles ou d'engins.Cette invention entre donc dans le cadre de la sécurité routière.
Cette lampe clignotante que l'on voit clignoter de deux côtés en même temps est une invention destinée à la protection des enfants, des parents,des personnes agées,des personnes à mobilité réduites(circulants en chaise roulantes par exemple),au moment de la traversée d'une route(de n'importe quel sorte de chemin) à un passage pour piétons ou non,là où il y a des engins(par exemple,des voitures,motos,camions, autobus,...)
L'âme même de l'invention est qu' elle est conçue afin que l'on voit le signal émis par la lampe clignotante,de deux côtés opposés en même temps,ceci pour une sécurité optimale et que l'on peut installer facilement sur n'importe quelle type de poussette pour enfant ou de chaise roulante grâce à sa pince universelle pouvant se fixer sur tout type d'armature tubulaire . Elle peut aussi servir de brassard pour les accompagnateurs de groupes pour être mieux repérés par les conducteurs au moment de la traversée de la route.
Nous savons très bien qu'il a pas mal d'accidents qui surviennent lors de la traversée d'une route,d'un chemin,...dûs au manque d'attention ou de visibilité du conducteur.Combien de poussettes d'enfants,d'handicapés en chaise roulantes,de personnes agées,...n'ont pas été renversés par un véhicule ? La lampe " protect sécurité bébé " est une invention qui vient solutionner ces différents problèmes liés à la non vigilance du conducteur ou au manque de visibilité occasionné par des véhicules mal parqués(trop près du passage pour piétons par exemple)ou à la descente d'un autobus.En effet la lampe " protect sécurité bébé " s'installe sur une pousette enfant,une chaise roulante,...de manière à ce que la partie clignotante se retrouve tout à l'avant de la poussette,de la chaise roulante,

il pourrait aussi s'agir d'une pince à ressorts.D'autres pinces,d'autres systèmes d'attache peuvent bien sûr être utilisées.Cette pince sera reliée à la partie clignotante par une " gaine ",un " bras articulé ",flexible ou non,téléscopique ou non,rigide ou non qui pourra contenir le fil électrique qui reliera l'interrupteur à la lampe dans le cas où celui-ci est fixé sur la pince ou en fait partie intégrante .L'interrupteur pourra également être fixé sur la partie lumineuse ou en faire partie intégrante.
L'interrupteur pourra être à portée de main ou placé près de la partie clignotante à l'avant.La partie clignotante se trouvera à l'avant de la poussette,de la chaise roulante.
Les " catadioptres " pourront avoir deux couleurs différentes,un côté orange et l'autre rouge par exemple,ou la même couleur des deux côtés afin d'être encore plus visible par les conducteurs.
La partie clignotante peut donc être directement munie de l'interrupteur ou être reliée à celui-ci par un fil électrique inséré dans une " gaine " souple ou rigide que l'on pourra manipuler de manière à replier la partie clignotante vers l'arrière lorsqu'elle n'est pas utilisée.Cette " gaine " peut être flexible,téléscopique,ou repliable si elle est rigide ;dans ce cas elle se composerais d'une ou plusieurs parties reliées entre elles par une charnière,par exemple,ce qui formerais un " bras articulé ".

La partie clignotante et l'interrupteur peuvent aussi être intégrés dans ou sur un brassard,qui peut être porté par un accompagnateur de groupe de personnes et qui pourra se fixer par un système d'attache muni de scratchs,de pressions,etc.
