Abstract

The device has a support frame fixed at its base to an axle of a saddle of a bicycle and supporting a transparent bell shaped umbrella (P5) which is alternatively deployed and folded. The support has a rigid tubular piece (P1.1) comprising a horizontal part on whose sides rigid rods (P1.2) are fixed. A rigid tubular piece (P2) has a tenon penetrated in a hole of the piece (P1.1). The piece (P2) is connected in permanent manner to a rigid tubular piece (P3). A rigid tubular piece (P4) comprising two telescopic parts connects handle of the umbrella to a vertical mast formed by the piece (P2).
