<Desc/Clms Page number 3>

Description
Rolling-up mechanism for tensioning belts Rolling-up mechanism for tensioning belts = rolling up The rolling-up mechanism is a simple tool for rolling up ribbons in order to obtain a nicely rolled up ribbon as a result.
The ribbon most commonly used in the winder is woven from very strong material, can have different sizes and widths (one ribbon can be, for example, smaller or longer than the other), is widely used for fastening objects that are being transported or moved and is usually provided with a hook (13) on one of the two ends 8 fig. 4.
With the help of text, explanation, numbers (pages 1,2, 3,4, 5, 6 and 9) and drawings (pages 7 and 8) the roll-up is set out.
The winder is a winder system that consists of a fixed part and a moving part, which together form a whole, and can be manufactured in any material (such as: iron, stainless steel, plastic, etc.).
The fixed part: page 7 fig 1 The fixed part is called the holder (1). The holder (1) is U-shaped and is connected on the inner side (7) of the two ends of the U to a rounded part (2) and is provided on one side with a handle (3), which also serves as tube housing (4) with slot (5), connection piece (8) and lever (6).
The two inside sides: page 7 fig.1 The two inside sides (7) of the holder (1) guide the ribbon (9) (which must be rolled up) such that when rolling up the ribbon (9), the ribbon ( 9) does not shift left or right while the ribbon (9) is being rolled up.
The rounded part: page 7 fig.1 The rounded part (2), which is connected to the two ends of the U (called the two inside sides (7)) has the purpose of proportionally guiding the ribbon (9) to compared to it

tube (4) with slot (5) during rolling up, such that, if the ribbon to be rolled up (9) is twisted or mixed, it does not interfere with rolling up the same ribbon (9).
The handle (3): page 7 fig. 1 (= housing (3))
The handle (3) has 2 purposes. On the one hand, it must hold stably on the holder (1) while you roll up a ribbon (9).
On the other hand, it serves as a housing for the tube (4) with slot (5) and connecting piece (8) that can move freely in the housing (3) (handle (3)). The tube (4) with slot (5) and connecting piece (8) that can move freely in the housing (= handle (3)) is described under the title: The moving part.
The moving part: page 7 fig.1
The tube (4) with slot (5), connecting piece (8) and lever (6) is called the moving part.
The slot (5) in the tube (4): page 7 fig.1
The purpose of the slot (5) in the tube (4) is, once one of the two ends of the ribbon (8) is inserted in the slot (5), holds the ribbon (9) so as to move in the same direction to be able to move with the tube (4) with slot (5) and the connection piece that is operated by the handle (6) on which a rotating movement is exerted. This is how the ribbon (9) is rolled up
Because the slit (5) on one side of the tube (4) is open (10) (sheet 7 of fig. 2) to the end, when the ribbon (9) is completely (or half, anything) is rolled up, the tube (4) with slot (5) is slid out of the rolled up ribbon (12) (page 8, fig.3).
Pushing the tube (4) with slot (5) out of the rolled-up ribbon (12), is done by means of a pulling movement (11) (page 8 fig.4: direction of the pulling movement) on the handle (6 ).
@ Exercise a pulling movement (11) on the handle (6): page 8 fig.4 (direction of the pulling movement on the handle)
Exercising a pulling movement (11) on the handle (6): page 8 fig.4 (direction of the pulling movement on the handle): by exerting a pulling movement (11) on the handle (6) (which is connected via the connecting piece with the tube (4) with slot (5)) pushes the tube (4) with slot (5) out of the rolled-up ribbon (12).
The tube (4) with slot (5) is now hidden in the handle (3) (housing (3)) such that the rolled-up ribbon (12) out of the holder
<Desc / Clms Page number 3>
(1) can be achieved.
Remove the rolled-up ribbon (12) from the holder: sheet 8 fiq.4 By exerting a pulling movement (11) on the handle (6) (which is connected, via the connecting piece (8) with the tube (4) with slot (5)) slides the tube (4) with slot (5) out of the rolled-up ribbon (12) and is now hidden in the handle (3) (housing (3)) such that the rolled-up ribbon (12) can be taken out of the holder (page 8 fig. 3 (14) = the direction to take the rolled ribbon out of the holder).
