Abstract

The invention relates to a reinforcing netting (1) consisting of welded mesh of welded longitudinal (2) and transverse (3) wires, in which the mesh has indents (4) for fixing the mesh to the wall. The mesh is generally flat and large flat surfaces are present between two adjacent rows of indents (4).

  WAPENINGSNET UIT GELAST GAAS De uitvinding heeft betrekking op een wapeningsnet uit gelast gaas van aan elkaar gelaste langs- en dwarsdraden, in het bijzonder voor tunnelbouw, waarbij het wapeningsnet voorzien is van indeukingen voor het vastmaken van het gaas aan de te bedekken wand. 



  Een dergelijk wapeningsnet is bijvoorbeeld bekend uit het Europees octrooi 059466. 



  Het gebruik van gelast gaas voor het versterken of wapenen van beton is algemeen bekend. Dit is onder andere het geval voor het versterken van de wanden bij tunnelbouw. Het IS ook bekend om dit gelast gaas te voorzlen van indeuklngen om dit gaas een driedimensionele vorm te geven en om dit gaas met de indeukingen vast te maken aan de te versterken of te bedekken wand. 



  De uitvinding heeft tot doel een wapeningsnet te verschaffen, die gemakkelijk en vlug kan worden vastgemaakt aan de te bedekken wand. 



  De uitvinding heeft voorts tot doel een nieuw type wapeningsnet te verschaffen, waarbij met een minimum aan versterkingsmateriaal een goede wapening van de beton- of mortelmassa wordt verkregen. 



  Hiertoe stelt de uitvinding bij een wapeningsnet van het in de aanhef genoemde type voor, dat de indeukingen nagenoeg trapeziumvormig zijn. 



  Bij een voorkeursuitvoeringsvorm van het wapeningsnet volgens de uitvinding bestaat de kleine basis van de trapeziumvormige indeu-

 kingen uit twee op een korte afstand van elkaar aangebrachte dwarsdraden. 



   Bij voorkeur is de diepte van de trapeziumvormige indeukingen groter dan de kleine basis van de trapeziumvormige indeukingen. 



   De uitvinding zal nader worden toegelicht in de nu volgende   beschrij-   ving aan de hand van de bijbehorende tekening. In de tekening toont figuur 1 in perspectief een deel van een wapeningsnet 1 uit gelast gaas volgens de uitvinding. 



  Het wapeningsnet 1 bestaat uit aan elkaar gelaste langsdraden 2 en dwarsdraden 3. De mazen van het gelast gaas 1 zijn nagenoeg vierkantig of rechthoekig. De langs- en dwarsdraden 2,3 zijn bij voorkeur uit roestvast staal vervaardigd. 



  Het wapeningsnet 1 is op regelmatige afstanden van   elkaar   voorzien van indeukingen 4, die nagenoeg trapeziumvormig zijn. De trapeziumvormige indeukingen 4 strekken zieh uit over de volle breedte van het wapeningsnet 1. 



  De kleine basis van de trapeziumvormige indeukingen 4 bestaat uit twee op een korte afstand van elkaar aangebrachte dwarsdraden 5. 



  Een belangrijk voordeel is, dat het vastmaken van het net 1 aan de te bedekken wand, bijvoorbeeld bij tunnelbouw, met behulp van deze twee dwarsdraden 5 een zeer eenvoudig en vlug uit te voeren bewerking is door er voor te zorgen dat de bevestigingsmiddelen de beide dwarsdraden 5 omklemmen. 



  Bij voorkeur is de diepte van de trapeziumvormige indeukingen 4 groter dan de kleine basis van deze indeukingen 4.

  De mazen van het gelast gaas zijn bijvoorbeeld nagenoeg 50 mm op 50 mm, waarbij de afstand tussen twee dwarsdraden 5 nagenoeg 12 mm bedraagt en de diepte van de indeukingen 4 nagenoeg 16 mm bedraagt. De hierbij gegeven afmetingen zijn slechts ten titel van voorbeeld.

  The invention relates to a reinforcement net of welded mesh of welded longitudinal and transverse wires, in particular for tunnel construction, wherein the reinforcement net is provided with indentations for securing the mesh to the wall to be covered.



  Such a reinforcement net is known, for example, from European patent 059466.



  The use of welded mesh for reinforcing or reinforcing concrete is well known. This is among other things the case for the reinforcement of the walls during tunnel construction. It is also known to provide this welded mesh with indentations to give this mesh a three-dimensional shape and to attach this mesh with the indentations to the wall to be reinforced or covered.



  The invention has for its object to provide a reinforcement net which can be easily and quickly attached to the wall to be covered.



  A further object of the invention is to provide a new type of reinforcement mesh, in which a good reinforcement of the concrete or mortar mass is obtained with a minimum of reinforcement material.



  To this end, the invention proposes with a reinforcement net of the type mentioned in the preamble that the indentations are substantially trapezoidal.



  In a preferred embodiment of the reinforcement mesh according to the invention, the small base of the trapezoidal indentation consists

 from two transverse wires arranged a short distance apart.



   Preferably, the depth of the trapezoidal indentations is greater than the small base of the trapezoidal indentations.



   The invention will be further elucidated in the following description with reference to the accompanying drawing. In the drawing, figure 1 shows a perspective view of a part of a reinforcement net 1 of welded mesh according to the invention.



  The reinforcement net 1 consists of welded longitudinal wires 2 and transverse wires 3. The meshes of the welded mesh 1 are substantially square or rectangular. The longitudinal and transverse wires 2,3 are preferably made from stainless steel.



  The reinforcement net 1 is provided at regular distances from each other with indentations 4 which are substantially trapezoidal. The trapezoidal indentations 4 extend over the full width of the reinforcement mesh 1.



  The small base of the trapezoidal indentations 4 consists of two transverse wires 5 arranged at a short distance from each other.



  An important advantage is that attaching the net 1 to the wall to be covered, for example during tunnel construction, with the aid of these two transverse wires 5 is a very simple and quick operation to be carried out by ensuring that the fastening means cover the two transverse wires 5 to clamp.



  The depth of the trapezoidal indentations 4 is preferably greater than the small base of these indentations 4.

  The meshes of the welded mesh are, for example, substantially 50 mm by 50 mm, the distance between two transverse wires 5 being substantially 12 mm and the depth of the indentations 4 being substantially 16 mm. The dimensions given herein are merely exemplary.

CONCLUSIES: 1. Wapeningsnet (1) bestaande uit gelast gaas van aan elkaar gelaste langsdraden (2) en dwarsdraden (3), dat voorzien is van indeukingen (4) voor het vastmaken van het gaas aan de wand, met het kenmerk, dat de indeukingen (4) nagenoeg trapeziumvormig zijn.   CONCLUSIONS: 1.
