Description La présente invention se rapporte au domaine du conditionnement de produits et elle concerne plus spécialement les moyens d'obturation de conteneurs. Une application particulière concernée par l'invention est celle de capuchons de flacons et autres conteneurs munis d'un pinceau ou d'une brosse qui, lorsque le capuchon est vissé sur un conteneur, s'étend de manière à plonger dans le produit contenu à l'intérieur du conteneur. Normalement, l'extrémité du pinceau ou de la brosse se trouve à une faible distance du fond du conteneur lorsque le capuchon est complètement vissé sur le conteneur. A mesure que l'on dévisse le capuchon, le pinceau s'écarte du fond du conteneur.
Lorsque celui-ci ne contient plus que peu de produit, le pinceau ne peut plus que très difficilement atteindre le produit présent sur le fond du conteneur : il en résulte généralement un gaspillage de produit utile et une pollution de l'environnement.
L'invention a pour objet un capuchon agencé de manière à pouvoir plonger dans ou être en contact avec le produit contenu dans le conteneur jusqu'à ce que le capuchon soit complètement dévissé et quelle que soit la quantité de produit restant dans le conteneur.
Le capuchon suivant l'invention comprend des moyens agencés de manière que le manche du pinceau s'allonge au fur et à mesure que le capuchon se dévisse. Dans un mode d'exécution simple et avantageux, les moyens

prévus pour allonger le manche du pinceau à mesure que se dévisse le capuchon consiste en un organe élastique, par exemple un ressort, disposé entre la tête du capuchon et un élément d'appui solidaire du manche du pinceau. Le manche du pinceau peut être monté de manière à coulisser le long d'une pièce-guide qui fait saillie sous la tête du capuchon et autour de laquelle est disposé l'organe élastique précité.
Un capuchon suivant l'invention permet de maintenir le pinceau en perma- nence mouillé par le produit contenu dans le conteneur et d'utiliser ainsi pratiquement la totalité du contenu d'un conteneur, évitant de la sorte tout gaspillage.
L'invention est exposée dans ce qui suit avec plus de détails à l'aide des dessins ci-annexés qui illustrent un exemple de mode de réalisation de 1. invention.
La figure 1 est une vue en coupe axiale d'un flacon muni d'un capuchon suivant l'invention, en position complètement vissée sur le flacon.
La figure 2 montre le flacon de la figure 1 avec le capuchon suivant 1. invention complètement dévissé.
Les dessins montrent un flacon 20 sur lequel est adapté un capuchon 10 suivant l'invention. Le capuchon présente une tête 11 et une jupe 13 dont la surface intérieure est formée avec un filet propre à permettre le vissage du capuchon 10 sur le goulot 22 du flacon. Sous la tête 11 du capuchon

s'étend une pièce-guide 15 portant le manche 14 d'un pinceau 12. Dans le mode d'exécution illustré, le manche 14 du pinceau est monté de manière à pouvoir coulisser le long de la pièce-guide 15. Autour de la pièce-guide 15 est disposé un organe élastique représenté par exemple sous la forme d'un ressort 18 emprisonné entre la tête 11 du capuchon et un élément d'appui 16 solidaire du manche 14 du pinceau 12.
Lorsque le capuchon est complètement vissé sur le goulot du flacon (Figure 1), le ressort 18 se trouve comprimé entre la tête du capuchon et l'élément d'appui 16 du manche du pinceau 12 et celui-ci vient contre le fond du flacon. Le joint d'étanchéité 17 empêche que du produit ne puisse venir en contact avec le mécanisme d'allongement du manche du pinceau.
Au fur et à mesure que l'on dévisse le capuchon, le ressort 18 se détend et exerce sur l'élément d'appui 16 une force de pression qui maintint le pinceau 12 pratiquement en contact avec le fond 24 du flacon jusqu'au moment où le capuchon est complètement dévissé (Figure 2). Il est clair que le pinceau peut de cette manière être toujours mouillé par le produit contenu dans le flacon 20, quelle que soit la quantité de produit restant dans le flacon. Un fond incurvé comme le fond 24 représenté à titre d'exemple sur les dessins, ou un fond profilé d'autre manière avec une inclinaison vers le centre, amène avantageusement vers le pinceau la dernière quantité de produit présente dans le flacon.
Il est bien entendu que le mode de réalisation illustré sur les dessins et décrit ci-avant est donné à titre d'exemple et que l'invention ne saurait être limitée à cet exemple d'exécution.

Description The present invention relates to the field of product packaging and it relates more specifically to the means for closing containers. A particular application concerned by the invention is that of caps for bottles and other containers fitted with a brush or a brush which, when the cap is screwed onto a container, extends so as to immerse in the product contained in inside the container. Normally, the end of the paintbrush or brush is a short distance from the bottom of the container when the cap is completely screwed onto the container. As you unscrew the cap, the brush moves away from the bottom of the container.
When the latter contains only a little product, the brush can only very difficult to reach the product present on the bottom of the container: this generally results in a waste of useful product and environmental pollution.
The subject of the invention is a cap arranged so as to be able to immerse in or be in contact with the product contained in the container until the cap is completely unscrewed and regardless of the quantity of product remaining in the container.

provided to extend the handle of the brush as the cap is unscrewed consists of an elastic member, for example a spring, disposed between the head of the cap and a support element integral with the handle of the brush. The handle of the brush can be mounted so as to slide along a guide piece which projects under the head of the cap and around which the above-mentioned elastic member is disposed.
A cap according to the invention makes it possible to keep the brush permanently wetted by the product contained in the container and thus to use practically the entire content of a container, thereby avoiding any waste.
The invention is set out in the following in more detail with the aid of the appended drawings which illustrate an exemplary embodiment of the invention.
Figure 1 is an axial sectional view of a bottle provided with a cap according to the invention, in the fully screwed position on the bottle.
Figure 2 shows the bottle of Figure 1 with the cap according to 1. invention completely unscrewed.
The drawings show a bottle 20 on which is fitted a cap 10 according to the invention. The cap has a head 11 and a skirt 13, the inner surface of which is formed with a thread suitable for screwing the cap 10 onto the neck 22 of the bottle. Under the head 11 of the cap

extends a guide piece 15 carrying the handle 14 of a brush 12. In the illustrated embodiment, the handle 14 of the brush is mounted so that it can slide along the guide piece 15. Around the guide piece 15 is arranged an elastic member represented for example in the form of a spring 18 trapped between the head 11 of the cap and a support element 16 secured to the handle 14 of the brush 12.
When the cap is completely screwed onto the neck of the bottle (Figure 1), the spring 18 is compressed between the head of the cap and the support element 16 of the handle of the brush 12 and the latter comes against the bottom of the bottle . The seal 17 prevents product from coming into contact with the elongation mechanism of the brush handle.
As the cap is unscrewed, the spring 18 expands and exerts on the support element 16 a pressure force which keeps the brush 12 practically in contact with the bottom 24 of the bottle until the moment where the cap is completely unscrewed (Figure 2). It is clear that the brush can in this way be always wetted by the product contained in the bottle 20, regardless of the amount of product remaining in the bottle. A curved bottom like the bottom 24 shown by way of example in the drawings, or a bottom shaped in another way with an inclination towards the center, advantageously brings the last quantity of product present in the bottle towards the brush.
