  Vleesballetjesmolen. 



  De uitvinding heeft betrekking op een vleesballetjesmolen welke is gemonteerd op een vleesvulbus om soepballetjes te vervaardigen. 



  Tot op heden zijn reeds verschillende apparaten ontworpen voor het produceren van soepballetjes doch deze apparaten zijn zeer groot en duur en geven dikwijls een zeer slecht resultaat. 



  Doel van de uitvinding is een vleesballetjesmolen te verschaffen die op snelle en efficiénte wijze vleesballetjes kan vervaardigen. 



  Ter bereiking van dit doel wordt overeenkomstig de uitvinding in de eerste plaats voorgesteld dat de vleesballetjesmolen welke is samengesteld uit een bevestigingsmoer waarop een bevestigingsplaat is vastgehecht voorzien is van een meertandig mes dat door een hendel draaibaar is. 



  Bij voorkeur wordt volgens de uitvinding in de bevestigingsmoer een opening voorzien waardoorheen het gemalen vlees in worstvorm kan uitkomen om daarna te kunnen gesneden worden in moten van soepballetjes. 



  Het is ten stelligste nodig dat het meertandig mes tegen de ronde plaat draaibaar en roteerbaar aangedrukt is door een veer en een aangebrachte stootlip op de ronde plaat kan de vleesballetjes afstoten.

   Figuur 1 toont een vooraanzicht van de vleesballetjesmolen volgens de uitvinding. 



   Figuur 2 toont in doorsnede een zijaanzicht volgens de lijn A-B van figuur 1. 



  De weergegeven uitvoeringsvorm volgens fig. l en 2 is voorzien van een bevestigingsmoer 1 waarop een ronde plaat 2 is vastgehecht en een meertandig mes 3 dat door een hendel 5 draaibaar is. De bevestigingsmoer 1 heeft een opening waardoorheen het gemalen vlees in worstvorm kan uitkomen. Het meertandig mes 3 kan draaibaar en roteerbaar tegen de ronde plaat 2 aangedrukt zijn door een veer 4 en een aangebrachte stootlip 6 op de ronde plaat 2 kan de vleesballetjes afstoten.

  The invention relates to a meatball grinder which is mounted on a meat filling canister to produce soup balls.



  To date, various devices have already been designed for producing soup balls, but these devices are very large and expensive and often give very poor results.



  The object of the invention is to provide a meatball mill that can produce meatballs in a quick and efficient manner.



  In order to achieve this aim, according to the invention it is firstly proposed that the meat ball mill, which is composed of a fastening nut on which a fastening plate is attached, is provided with a multi-toothed blade which is rotatable by a handle.



  Preferably, according to the invention, an opening is provided in the fastening nut through which the ground meat can come out in sausage form and can subsequently be cut into slices of soup balls.



  It is imperative that the multi-toothed blade be rotatably and rotatably pressed against the round plate by a spring and an applied bump lip on the round plate can repel the meatballs.
