Vêtement de ski à usage sportif en particulier, avec protège-tibias intégrés.
La présente invention concerne un vêtement de ski, en particulier, mais non exclusivement, de slalom ; dans le cas présent, le terme vêtement désigne soit un vêtement comprenant une blouse et un pantalon assemblés en une seule pièce, soit un pantalon seul de forme ordinaire ou du type salopette.
Usuellement, les sportifs engagés dans des compétitions de ski, en particulier de slalom spécial, ont l'habitude de mettre des protège-tibias par-dessus le vêtement de ski qu'ils portent afin de protéger les tibias et les genoux pendant la compétition. Il arrive en fait fréquemment au cours de la descente qu'un des piquets qui délimitent le tracé de l'épreuve heurte le tibia du skieur. Les protègetibias traditionnels se posent par-dessus le vêtement de ski à l'aide de courroies ou d'autres liens similaires. Cette solution s'est avérée comme étant non fiable ; en effet, au cours de la descente, les protège-tibias risquent de se déplacer par suite des multiples chocs contre les piquets et des mouvements du sportif, et ne garantissent donc pas une protection totale et sûre pour le sportif.
La mise en place des protège-tibias sur le vêtement constitue par ailleurs une opération relativement longue et laborieuse qui nécessite généralement l'aide d'une personne pour serrer les liens de ces protège-tibias, mais de manière à ne pas entraver la circulation sanguine.
La présente invention à pour but de réaliser un vêtement de ski et des protège-tibias qui ne puissent pas se déplacer au cours de la descente par les chocs contre les piquets, et que le sportif puisse mettre en place facilement et rapidement.
Ces objectifs et d'autres encore qui seront évidents pour l'homme du métier sont réunis dans un vêtement de ski selon les revendications en annexe.

non limitatif, où : la figure 1 est une vue schématique en perspective de face d'un vêtement selon l'invention, et la figure 2 est une vue en coupe du vêtement suivant la ligne 2-2 de la figure 1.
Ces figures représentent un vêtement 1 comprenant une blouse 1A d'un type courant, assemblée en une seule pièce avec un pantalon 1B de forme courante, présentant un garnissage ou protège-tibia 2 incorporé dans le pantalon même et destiné à protéger les genoux et les tibias du skieur. La blouse 1A présente sur le devant une ouverture avec une fermeture à glissière 8 permettant d'enfiler le vêtement et, en correspondance avec les manches 3, des rembourrages 4 (en lignes hachurées à la fig. 1) appliqués par exemple par des coutures 5 sur les manches mêmes.
Comme il est d'usage pour les vêtements de ski destinés à un emploi sportif, dans l'exemple représenté l'extrémité libre des manches 3 est fermée et possède deux ouvertures 6 permettant le passage des doigts du skieur, de telle sorte que les manches mêmes restent en position et sont toujours maintenues accolées au corps du sportif.
Le pantalon 1B présente sur le devant, dans une zone correspondant à la partie qui couvre le genou et le tibia, des garnissages ou protège-tibias 2. Dans l'exemple, les protège-tibias 2 ont la forme d'une demi-coquille allongée capable de recouvrir et d'adhérer essentiellement aussi bien sur le genou que sur le tibia du sportif. A cet effet, la partie 2A du protège-tibia qui assure la protection du genou possède avantageusement la forme d'une demi-coupole creuse et présente une courbure plus importante par rapport à la partie 2B située en-dessous et qui protège le tibia.
Le protège-tibia présente par ailleurs des pièces 2C d'une plus petite épaisseur destinées à favoriser l'élasticité du protège-tibia et à améliorer son adhérence sur la jambe du sportif. Les protège-tibias 2 sont solidement reliés au pantalon 1B d'une façon conventionnelle pour l'homme du métier, p. ex. par une couture et/ou par thermosoudage.

En correspondance avec les genoux et le bord supérieur respectivement au-dessus et en-dessous du rembourrage 2, le pantalon du vêtement présente avantageusement des pièces 7 de renfort des parties du vêtement qui sont soumises à des frottements plus importants.
Comme il est d'usage, le pantalon présente intérieurement, en correspondance avec son bord inférieur une guêtre (fig. 2), associée p. ex. par couture au pantalon même.
Le vêtement selon l'invention est réalisé de préférence en une quelconque matière synthétique élastifiée connue, polyester p. ex. ; les protège-tibias 2 par contre sont réalisés par estampage à partir d'une matière plastique quelconque, plastique armé aussi, et ils sont avantageusement réalisés en une matière synthétique armée de fibres de carbone connue sous la désignation commerciale de"Kevlar".
A noter que le vêtement selon l'invention est simple à réaliser et peut être enfilé facilement par le sportif sans l'aide d'autres personnes, et que les protège-tibias ne peuvent en aucune façon se déplacer au cours de la descente, offrant donc une protection fiable au skieur.
Enfin, il est important de rappeler que la forme de réalisation illustrée ici est fournie à titre d'exemple explicatif et que de nombreuses variantes sont possibles qui rentrent toutes dans le même concept innovateur, en particulier p. ex. au lieu d'être appliqués à une combinaison, les protège-tibias peuvent être appliqués à un simple pantalon ou une simple"salopette"de ski.

The present invention relates to a ski garment, in particular, but not exclusively, for slalom; in the present case, the term clothing designates either a garment comprising a blouse and pants assembled in a single piece, or a single pants of ordinary shape or of the overalls type.
Usually, athletes involved in ski competitions, especially special slalom, are in the habit of putting shin guards over the ski clothing they wear in order to protect the shins and knees during the competition. In fact, it often happens during the descent that one of the stakes that delimit the course of the test hits the skier's shin. The traditional protectibias are posed over the ski clothing using straps or other similar ties. This solution has proven to be unreliable; indeed, during the descent, the shin guards may move as a result of multiple shocks against the stakes and movements of the athlete, and therefore do not guarantee total and safe protection for the athlete.
The establishment of shin guards on the clothing is also a relatively long and laborious operation which generally requires the help of a person to tighten the links of these shin guards, but so as not to impede blood circulation .
The present invention aims to achieve a ski suit and shin guards that can not move during the descent by impact against the stakes, and that the athlete can put in place easily and quickly.
These objectives and others which will be obvious to a person skilled in the art are combined in a ski suit according to the appended claims.

These figures represent a garment 1 comprising a blouse 1A of a common type, assembled in one piece with pants 1B of current shape, having a lining or shin protector 2 incorporated in the pants itself and intended to protect the knees and skier's shins. The blouse 1A has on the front an opening with a zipper 8 making it possible to put on the garment and, in correspondence with the sleeves 3, padding 4 (in hatched lines in fig. 1) applied for example by seams 5 on the sleeves themselves.
As is customary for ski clothing intended for sports use, in the example shown the free end of the sleeves 3 is closed and has two openings 6 allowing the fingers of the skier to pass, so that the sleeves same remain in position and are always kept attached to the body of the sportsman.
The pants 1B have, on the front, in a zone corresponding to the part which covers the knee and the shin, linings or shin guards 2. In the example, the shin guards 2 have the shape of a half-shell elongated capable of covering and adhering essentially as well on the knee as on the sportsman's tibia. To this end, the part 2A of the shin protector which ensures the protection of the knee advantageously has the shape of a hollow half-dome and has a greater curvature compared to the part 2B situated below and which protects the tibia.
The shin protector also has pieces 2C of a smaller thickness intended to promote the elasticity of the shin protector and to improve its grip on the athlete's leg. The shin guards 2 are securely connected to the pants 1B in a conventional manner for the skilled person, p. ex. by sewing and / or by heat sealing.

In correspondence with the knees and the upper edge respectively above and below the padding 2, the pants of the garment advantageously has pieces 7 of reinforcement of the parts of the garment which are subjected to greater friction.
As is customary, the trousers have internally, in correspondence with their lower edge, a gaiter (fig. 2), associated p. ex. by sewing on the pants themselves.
The garment according to the invention is preferably made of any known elasticated synthetic material, polyester p. ex. ; the shin guards 2, on the other hand, are made by stamping from any plastic material, also reinforced plastic, and they are advantageously made from a synthetic material reinforced with carbon fibers known under the commercial designation of "Kevlar".
Note that the garment according to the invention is simple to make and can be put on easily by the sportsman without the help of other people, and that the shin guards cannot in any way move during the descent, offering therefore reliable protection for the skier.
Finally, it is important to remember that the embodiment illustrated here is provided by way of explanatory example and that many variants are possible which all fall within the same innovative concept, in particular p. ex. instead of being applied to a wetsuit, the shin guards can be applied to a simple pants or a simple "dungarees" of ski.
