Abstract

The invention relates to a device for the separation and transport of refusematerials of a contaminated fluid such as waste water. According to theinvention, it comprises a grid (5) mounted in a support structure (1), formedof a series of fixed bars (3) and adjustable bars (4), said bars being joinedin one unit and operated in the grid (5); the grid (5) is provided with threeprojections (6, 7, 8), one of which at the bottom of the device and the othertwo at the top; the edges of the bars, turned against the direction of flowof the medium, are corrugated, the adjustable bars (4) are operated in orderto be engaged upwards and downwards by a piston (8') that is suspended from acart (9) provided with a wheel (13) and attached to a monorail conveyor (10)which is mounted in the support structure (1); the movement itself beingaccomplished by a wheel (15) operated by pressing a stop (14) downwards. Theinvention can notably be applied to combating pollution.

   La présente invention se rapporte à un dispositif pour la séparation et le transport de matières provenant d'une milieu pollué, comme de l'eau résiduelle, qui consiste en une grille qui est montée dans une structure de support et se compose d'une série de tiges stables et réglables, chacune des tiges respectivement stables et réglables étant jointe en une unité et agencée dans la grille. 



   On connaît, par SE-8502582-3, un dispositif consistant en une grille ayant des tiges stables et réglables, dont les bords retournés contre la direction de l'écoulement de l'eau sont en forme de marches d'escalier. Les tiges réglables sont jointes en au moins une unité qui est influencée par un mécanisme d'entraînement qui donnent à ces tiges réglables une trajectoire fermée principalement dans le plan des tiges, dont la composante de mouvement élevé est légèrement plus grande que la hauteur de la marche des tiges stables. Les tiges stables et/ou réglables sont au moins partiellement pourvues de dents de scie sur le bord retourné, à partir du côté formé en marches d'escalier. Dans le SE-8204127-8, l'unité de tiges réglables est influencée par un mécanisme consistant en bras supportant un disque excentrique.

   On sait également transporter des matières au moyen de saillies ou projectures par l'intermédiaire de deux moyens identiques qui, par un excentrique ou un essieu coudé, placent un moyen en mouvement de rotation et transportent la matière d'une saillie à l'autre, par exemple dans une batteuse utilisée dans la récolte du grain ou dans d'autres industries où une telle technique est requise. Dans tous ces cas, le transport de la matière se produit par un excentrique rotatif ou un essieu coudé, dépendant alors du diamètre et de la forme de l'arbre.

   La présente invention a pour but d'obtenir un dispositif indépendant sur de courts moments de transport, et, par un système à piston ou

 une méthode à crémaillère, de rendre ce moment plusieurs fois plus grand entre les saillies ou projectures différentes pour simplifier le dispositif et obtenir un produit meilleur marché. 



   Selon l'invention, la grille est pourvue de l'ordre de trois saillies, l'une d'entre elles étant placée au bas du dispositif, au-dessous de la surface du milieu pollué, les deux autres saillies étant agencées au sommet du dispositif, l'une d'entre elles étant montée à la surface du milieu pollué ;

   les bords, tournés contre la direction de l'écoulement du milieu pollué, des tiges sont de forme ondulée, l'unité des tiges réglables peut être entraînée vers le haut et vers le bas par un piston qui est suspendu à un chariot qui est pourvu d'une roue et qui est attaché à un transporteur monorail monté dans la structure de support, le mouvement lui même étant accompli par une roue qui est agencée pour presser contre une butée et qui est montée dans quatre guidages à deux voies qui sont placés sur la structure de support, une voie étant utilisée pour la montée de la matière d'une saillie à l'autre et l'autre voie étant utilisée pour la descente de la saillie dans l'unité des tiges réglables, l'unité des tiges réglables dépassant, en position abaissée, dans la position de transport. 



   L'invention sera mieux comprise, et d'autres buts, caractéristiques, détails et avantages de celle-ci apparaîtront plus clairement au cours de la description explicative qui va suivre faite en référence aux dessins schématiques annexés donnés uniquement à titre d'exemple illustrant un mode de réalisation de l'invention, et dans lesquels :   - la   figure 1 montre le dispositif selon l'invention, en vue latérale ; - la figure 2 montre la position du dispositif en un emplacement d'utilisation tel qu'un canal ; et - la figure 3 montre le guide lui-même.

   Les figures 1 et 2 montrent le dispositif monté dans une structure de support 1 qui, à son tour, est placée en position d'utilisation, par exemple dans un canal 2 comme sur la figure 2. Dans la structure de support 1 est agencée une grille 5 qui se compose d'une série de tiges stables 3 et réglables 4 consistant en un fer plat. Les tiges 3 et 4 ont le même aspect, avec des bords ondulés tournés contre la direction d'écoulement de l'eau. 



   Les tiges 3 ou respectivement 4 sont jointes en une unité. La grille 5 est pourvue de trois projectures ou saillies 6,7, 8, la saillie 6 étant placée au bas du dispositif, juste au-dessous de la surface de   l'eau,   et les saillies 7 et 8 étant placées au sommet du dispositif, la saillie 7 étant montée dans la surface de l'eau de manière qu'il n'y ait aucune saillie dans la plus grande partie de l'écoulement. L'écoulement de l'eau force les polluants solides à former une marque qui reste sur les tiges sans l'utilisation des marches d'escalier ou des dents de scie qui peuvent conduire à une influence négative, car cela gêne la matière dans son effet de tamisage.

   L'unité de tiges réglables 4 est entraînée vers le haut et vers le bas pneumatiquement ou hydrauliquement par un piston 8' suspendu dans un chariot 9 qui est attaché dans un transporteur monorail 10 monté dans la structure de support 1. Le fonctionnement est commandé par une boîte de vitesse ou transmission 11 qui, avec ce chariot 9, donne automatiquement deux voies. La première voie est utilisée pour la montée de la matière d'une saillie à l'autre. La seconde voie est utilisée pour la descente de la saillie dans l'unité des tiges réglables 4, l'unité 4 en position descendue dépassant dans la position de transport.

   Les tiges réglables 4 de transport sont suspendues dans quatre transmissions ou boîtes de vitesses 11 et 12 à deux voies, au moyen d'une roue 13 tandis que le piston 8'suspendu au transporteur monorail 10 est pourvu d'un joint qui compense les tolérances de position des voies relativement au centre
