Abstract

Production unit for the creation and use of an incorruptible polishedgroove in a stony substance and for the creation of polished lines on astony substance. 1. The patent firstly offers for the first time a solutionfor the creation of a polished line on a stony substance in a single pass.Attention is drawn to the tool in figure 3 which combines vibration of anabrasive train and a translation. 2. The patent also presents a flexibleintegrated system which makes it possible by means of a complete industrialand commercial concept to offer from the Belgian patent: incorruptiblepolished groove on stony substance, the possibility to choose a model, toinstall it, to automatically determine the financial implications, toperform accounting or project follow-up, to machine it and to pack itaccording to the fitter's requirements.

L'unité de production est formée d'un ensemble coordonné de sept éléments spécialisés:

  
l.Un logiciel de conception de dessins de dallage à partir d'un choix de marques faisant partie des brevets de perfectionnement belges n[deg.]902636 et 903753

  
2.Un logiciel de commande pour le robot de production et d'empaquetage .

  
3.Un logiciel administratif annexé au logiciel de conception destiné à l'établissement du devis et des documents comptables.

  
4.Un logiciel annexé au logiciel de conception déterminant l' ordre d'exécution et le sens de l'empaquetage.

1.Le logiciel de conception du carrelage comprend:

  
a.Un logiciel de conception du motif qui pratiquement offre un écran sur lequel on choisit la série de carreaux souhaitée,les positionne sur une trame ,les fait au besoin pivoter ,de façon à créer les motifs d'assemblage désirés. Il comprend les dispositifs éventuels d'effacement ,de réplication et de symétrie. b.Une subroutine de reproduction des locaux devant permettre le lay-out.

  
c.Le logiciel de disposition définitive sur plan comprenant la numération des types de pièces et des pièces à couper.

  
d.La réalisation des bordereaux des pièces à fournir. Un exemple d'extrait est fourni en figure 1.

  
2.Le logiciel de commande comprend:

  
a.L'interface destiné à la saisie du robot sur base du bordereau des pièces à fournir.

  
b.Les organes de commande du robot dynamique suivant soit le temps d'exécution minimum ,soit sur base de l'ordre de pose convenu.

  
c.Un logiciel d'optimisation des temps d'exécution. 

  
3.Le logiciel administatif reprend le bordereau des pièces à fournir suivant les options requises par le demandeur.

  
4.Le logiciel d' empaquetage commande le sens de la présentation des dalles dans l'emballage et l'ordre de pose de façon à faciliter la mise en oeuvre sur chantier.

  
S.Le robot d'exécution est composé des éléments suivants:

  
a.Un ordinateur de commande comprenant les interfaces nécessaires.

  
b.Un plateau de pose de la pièce à traiter qui peut subir une translation et une rotation asservie.En outre ce plateau est capable d'annuler les tolérances d'épaisseur des dalles à traiter.

  
c.Le mobile de travail capable de recevoir un déplacement triaxe.IL porte la tête de polissage décrite ci-dessous

  
6.Une tête de polissage .Cet outil est composé d'une série de pièces d'usure en ligne ordonnées suivant x grains ou feutres.

  
les pièces d'usures sont solidaires d'une pièce d'assemblage avec un intervalle entre elles destiné à éviter le recouvrement des zones travaillées.

  
Les intervalles permettent en outre l'aspiration de la poussière ou l'injection d'évacuation des charges.

  
La pièce est animée sous pression constante .(au besoin chaque pièce d'usure est indépendante )

Elle offre une solution technique à un problème de taille jusqu'ici non résolu.

Taille industrielle de marbres crinoidiques pour réaliser le sillon poli inaltérable prévu par le brevet cité.

Les proportions autres que celles figurant aux dessins font partie intégrante du brevet.

  
L'apparence de l'output émanant du display peut être organisée autrement.

  
L'ajoute d'un robot de manutention ne modifie pas la revendication.

L'obtention de la mise en parallèllogramme A fig.2 ou de la mise sous pression constante B fig.2 par un moyen autre que celui d'un jeu de cable notamment par exemple au moyen de vérins pneumatiques fait partie du brevet.

  
Idem pour la réduction du bras de levier D fig.2 à sa plus simple expression soit sa suppression en plaçant la pièce travaillée sous la translation linéaire (cas fig 3.)

Le dessin d'un autre profilé d'abrasif ne modifie pas la revendication.

  
Le brevet n'est pas modifié en intégrant dans les dessins fig.l des dalles de type classique:bouchardé ,poli noir etc.et en les faisant participer dans l'ordre demandé à la marchandise empaquetée.

1.Tile design software includes:

  
a.Design design software which practically offers a screen on which you choose the desired series of tiles, positions them on a frame, rotates them if necessary, so as to create the desired assembly patterns.
