Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide flexibility to a rock wool finishing material, and also to enhance the fireproof property thereof by providing slits whose width is less than a prescribed width to the rear surface of the rock wool finishing material. CONSTITUTION:A dressed rock wool finishing material 1 is formed by grooving slits 3 whose opening width is 1mm or less on the rear side 2 of the dressed surface. The grooving of the slits 3 is carried out by a grooving device, on a surface plate installed between a rotary cutting blade 5 and a pressing roll 4. As the machining method, the rotating direction of the rotary cutting blade 5 of the grooving device is made so as to coincide with the conveying direction of the rock wool finishing material 1, and the rotating speed of the rotary cutting blade 5 is determined so as to be equal to or slightly slower than the feeding speed of the rock wool finishing material 1, or to be approximately 80 to 100rpm. Thus, without digging out the fiber of the rock wool finishing material 1, the cutting edge of the rotary cutting blade 5 can always.finely form the slits 3.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, when a rock wool decorative finish material such as a ceiling material or a wall material is applied to a plaster board, a plywood disposal material, a wood substrate, a light iron substrate, etc., the surface is uneven or swelled. Even if there is a misalignment, the makeup finishing material is placed along the base material, so that the makeup finishing material is placed along the curved base material to form a curved ceiling / curved wall, etc. A cutting groove having a groove width of 1 mm or more is provided on the back surface so that the decorative finish has flexibility.

However, even if the rock wool decorative material is an incombustible or quasi-incombustible material, if a cutting groove having a wide groove width of 1 mm or more is provided as described above, the material lacks and becomes a void. The material becomes thin in the part, and there is a drawback that this part becomes a weak point in fire prevention.

If the rock wool decorative material is to have flexibility, it is sufficient that the back surface side has only a cut, and a cutting groove having a wide opening is not necessary. Therefore, it is better to make the opening width of the groove as small as possible, but cutting the groove with a conventional router or cutter will not only result in a groove width more than the thickness of the tool (at least about 1 mm), but also If it is bad, the fibers may be scraped off by the blade and chips may occur at the corners. In particular,
This is remarkable when the rotating direction of the blade is rotating so as to be in the conveying direction of the rock wool decorative material.

Further, when the groove of the rock wool decorative material is cut with a conventional cutter or router, a large amount of fine fibers and powder are generated because the material is scraped off by the blade. Since these are non-combustible substances, they cannot be incinerated, which causes a treatment problem as industrial waste.

Further, although the rock wool decorative material is soft and easy to cut, the above-mentioned fine fibers and powders are mainly composed of raw materials having high hardness such as silica and alumina. Rotation (5,000 rp
There is also a manufacturing problem that the blade rotating in m) becomes as if it were polished by these high hardness substances, which significantly shortens the life of the blade. Therefore, when an expensive diamond blade with excellent wear resistance is used, the point of wear is improved, but if a hard foreign substance is mixed in the rock wool decorative material, the diamond cutting edge will be chipped. On the contrary, there is a problem that it cannot be used.

The problems to be solved by the present invention are as follows.
In the case of rock wool decorative finishing material itself, it is to solve both the defect of fire prevention and the addition of flexibility, and the grooved method enables to form slit grooves neatly without chipping. In the grooving device, no industrial waste is generated at the time of groove formation, and even if it is not a diamond blade but a normal blade, its life is not impaired. That is, when forming the groove, no damage occurs in the rock wool decorative finish material.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION The rock wool decorative material of the present invention has a slit groove with an opening width of 1 mm or less formed on the back side, so that the rock wool decorative material can be given flexibility and can be used as a base. When a rock wool decorative material is applied, the rock wool decorative material can be deformed along the irregularities and unevenness of the base, and it can be finished in a very excellent appearance, and at this time, the back surface The slit groove has an extremely small opening width of 1 mm or less, and there is an advantage that the slit groove portion does not become a weak point in fire prevention. That is, by providing a slit groove of 1 mm or less on the back surface, it is possible to give flexibility to the rock wool decorative material, but there is an advantage that the fireproof property of the rock wool decorative material itself is not impaired. .

In the grooving method according to the second aspect of the present invention, the rotary blade rotates in the moving direction of the rock wool decorative material, and the rotation speed thereof is substantially equal to or slightly higher than the moving speed of the rock wool decorative material. Since it is set like this, the blade edge works in the direction of pressing the fiber of the rock wool decorative finish material when forming the slit groove, and even if the cutting is insufficient, the fiber is caught by the blade edge and scooped off greatly and a chip occurs. There is an advantage that the slit groove is always formed neatly.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided a grooving device for a rock wool decorative material, a moving means for moving the rock wool decorative material, and a rotating means in the moving direction of the rock wool decorative material having a blade edge thickness of 1 mm or less. And because it is composed of a rotary blade for forming a slit groove to form a slit groove on the back side of the rock wool decorative material, unlike the case of cutting the groove with a conventional router or a cutter, the material depends on the blade. It has advantages that it is not scraped off, fine fibers and powder are not generated, and there is no need to worry about industrial waste.
