Abstract

Het soldeervloeimiddel bestaat in hoofdzaak uit 1 tot 10 % niet hygroscopisch organisch zuur met een smeltpunt gelegen tussen 60 en 180 graden C en een kookpunt gelegen tussen 200 en 400 graden C, 90 tot 99 % solventen met een kookpunt lager dan 200 graden C, en de rest bestaande uit een organische schuimvormer.
