Abstract

Systeem voor het coaten van korrels komende uit de matrijs van een korrelpers in de mengvoederindustrie in combinatie met perslucht en stoom. Het systeem verstuift het vet onder een sproeihoek die onafhankelijk is van de gevraagde vettoevoer.   Het principe van de verstuiving is als   volgt :     (zie ook tekening 1).    



  De centrifuge (13) draait   d. m. v. de aandrijfmotor tegen   hoge, eventueel regelbare snelheid (2000 tot 6000   t/min).   



  Via inlaat A en de injektor (2) wordt vloeistof binnenin de centrifuge gevoerd. Door de middelpuntvliegende kracht gaat de vloeistof tegen wand geslingerd worden en een zeer grote omtreksnelheid krijgen. Bij het verlaten van de naar het einde toe konisch gemaakte centrifuge, gaat de vloeistof in zeer kleine druppeltjes weggeslingerd worden   (de   zeer hoge energie   d. m. v.   de omtreksnelheid doet de vloeistofcohesie   breken)..   



  Via inlaat B wordt regelbare perslucht (of een ander gas) langs de buitenzijde van de centrifuge gestuurd en verlaat de sproeikop tegen verhoogde snelheid. De lucht neemt de vloeistofdeeltjes mee in een sproeibaan. 



  Eventueel kan via inlaat C een ander gas, vloeistof of poeder als minor-component in de luchtstroom worden gebracht).

  Via inlaat D wordt stoom toegevoerd en in het vloeistof/lucht mengsel gebracht direct aan de uitgang van de sproeikop. Het resultaat van de toevoeging van deze stoom is dat het vet   snel   wordt opgewarmd bij het verlaten van de sproeikop en hierdoor een goede verstuiving mogelijk wordt en het vet homogeen op de korrels kan gespoten worden.

  Steam is supplied via inlet D and introduced into the liquid / air mixture directly at the outlet of the spray head.
