"Présentoir pour slip".
La présente invention a pour objet un présentoir pour slip ou article analogue.
A l'heure actuelle, les slips sont, pour être exposés en vente notamment dans les magasins à libre-service, suspendus à des cintres accrochés dans des rayons. Comme il existe de grandes différences d'encombrement entre les slips des plus petites tailles et les slips des plus grandes tailles, l'agencement des rayons pour réaliser une bonne présentation des slips est malaisée.
L'invention a pour but de remédier à cet inconvénient et de procurer un présentoir pour slip qui permet, pour faciliter l'ordonnance des rayons soit de réduire l'encombrement des slips de grande taille par rapport à celui des slips de petite taille, soit, encore plus avantageusement, de présenter les slips sous le même encombrement et ce, quelle que soit leur taille.
A cet effet, suivant l'invention, le présentoir comprend une barrette, des moyens d'accrochage portés par la barrette et agencés pour permettre de suspendre le présentoir, garni d'un slip, pour son exposition, des moyens d'assemblage du slip à la barrette, portés par la barrette et agencés pour immobiliser la ceinture du slip contre la barrette, et des moyens associés à la barrette et agencés pour coopérer avec l'entrejambe du slip, la distance séparant la barrette de la partie de ces derniers moyens coopérant avec l'entrejambe étant inférieure à la distance séparant la ceinture du slip de l'entrejambe de celui-ci, de sorte que le slip, fixé à la barrette du présentoir par sa ceinture, est plié pour que l'entrejambe supporté par la partie susdite desdits derniers moyens soit rabattu sur le slip.
Suivant une forme de réalisation du présentoir conforme à l'invention, la longueur de la barrette est inférieure à la longueur de la ceinture du slip, des moyens étant prévus sur la barrette et agencés pour immobiliser par rapport à cette dernière les extrémités de la ceinture qui débordent de la barrette et qui sont pliées pour être rabattues sur la face de la barrette opposée à la face de celle-ci contre laquelle est immobilisée la partie centrale de la ceinture du slip.
Suivant un mode de réalisation avantageux dudit présentoir, les moyens associés à la barrette et agencés pour coopérer avec l'entrejambe du slip comprennent au moins un barreau qui constitue la partie susdite desdits moyens coopérant avec l'entrejambe du slip et qui s'étend sensiblement parallèlement à la barrette, une des extrémités de ce barreau étant réunie à la barrette par une traverse, l'autre extrémité du barreau étant libre pour permettre d'y enfiler l'entrejambe du slip, le barreau et la traverse étant compris entre deux droites parallèles passant par les extrémités de la barrette.
Suivant une forme de réalisation particulièrement avantageuse de l'objet de l'invention, les moyens associés à la barrette et agencés pour coopérer avec l'entrejambe du slip comprennent une série de barreaux parallèles espacés les uns des autres et réunis par leurs extrémités correspondantes à la traverse susdite, le barreau utilisé pour supporter l'entrejambe du slip étant choisi en fonction de la taille du slip.
D'autres détails et particularités de l'invention ressortiront de la description des dessins annexés au présent mémoire et qui représentent, à titre d'exemple non limitatif, une forme de réalisation particulière du présentoir suivant l'invention.

montrant la face cachée du présentoir et du slip, lorsque ce présentoir est placé en rayon, ce présentoir portant un slip de petite taille représenté en traits pleins et un slip de grande taille représenté en traits interrompus, ces deux slips présentant le même encombrement.
La figure 3 est une vue en perpective d'un présentoir réalisé en deux pièces, ces dernières étant représentées à l'état non assemblé.
Dans les différentes figures, les mêmes notations de référence désignent des éléments identiques.
Le présentoir 1 suivant l'invention et illustré aux dessins est destiné à supporter, en vue de son exposition, un slip 2 ou article analogue. Ce présentoir comprend une barrette 3, des moyens d'accrochage 4, tels que crochet 5, portés par la barrette 3 et agencés pour permettre de suspendre le présentoir 1 et le slip 2 qu'il supporte, des moyens d'assemblage 6, tels que deux pinces 7 situées aux extrémités de la barrette, portés par cette dernière et agencés pour immobiliser la ceinture 8 du slip contre la barrette 3 et des moyens 9, également associés à la barrette, agencés pour coopérer avec l'entrejambe 10 du slip. jambe 10 susdit est inférieure à la distance qui sépare la ceinture 8 du slip de cet entrejambe. De sorte que le slip 2, qui est fixé à la barrette par sa ceinture 8, est plié, en vue de réduire l'encombrement du slip présenté en hauteur, pour que l'entrejambe 10, enfilé et supporté par la partie Il des moyens 9, soit rabattu sur le slip, ce rabattement s'effectuant sur la face du slip qui est cachée lorsque le présentoir est placé en rayon.
Pour limiter l'encombrement en largeur du slip lorsqu'il est exposé sur son présentoir et pour que cet encombrement soit le même quelle que soit la taille du slip, la longueur de la barrette 3 est inférieure à la longueur de la ceinture 8 du slip et la barrette comprend des moyens 12, tels que pinces 13, qui sont agencés pour

8 qui débordent de part et d'autre de la barrette et qui sont pliées pour être rabattues sur la face 15 de la barrette opposée à la face de cette dernière contre laquelle est immobilisée, par les pinces 7, la partie centrale 16 de la ceinture 8 du slip.
Les moyens 9 associés à la barrette 3, sont dans la forme de réalisation illustrée aux dessins, constitués par une série de barreaux parallèles 17 s'étendant sensiblement parallèlement à la barrette. Ces barreaux 17, qui sont espacés tes uns des autres ont leur extrémité 19 qui est libre pour permettre d'y enfiler facilement l'entrejambe 10 du slip, tandis que leur autre extrémité 20 est réunie à la barrette 3 par une traverse commune 21. Le barreau 17 utilisé pour supporter l'entrejambe 10 du slip est choisi en fonction de la taille du slip, ce qui permet d'avoir le même encombrement en hauteur pour les slips de tailles différentes, de la plus petite à la plus grande.
Dans une réalisation simplifiée des moyens 9 susdits, on pourrait, suivant l'invention, prévoir que ces derniers ne comprennent qu'un seul barreau 17 réuni à la barrette 3, par son extrémité
20 associée à une traverse 21, l'autre extrémité 19 du barreau étant libre. La position du barreau unique 17 par rapport à la barrette 3 étant par exemple choisie en fonction de la taille du slip à présenter.
Le ou les barreaux 17 et la traverse 21 sont compris entre les extrémités de la barrette 3 afin de ne pas déborder latératement par rapport à cette dernière.
Bien que les barreaux 17 des moyens 9 pourraient être régulièrement espacés les uns des autres, on a constaté qu'il était préférable, pour certaines formes de slips, de les espacer, comme montré aux figures 2 et 3, d'une manière irrégulière pour obtenir un même encombrement pour les slips de différentes tailles. Dans ce cas, la distance séparant les barreaux 17 situés dans le voisinage au centre de la série de barreaux est inférieure à la distance qui sépare les barreaux situés à proximité des extrémités de cette série.
Bien que les barreaux 17 pourraient avoir la même longueur, il est apparu avantageux, comme illustré aux figures 2 et 3, et pour certaines formes de slips, de prévoir des barreaux 17 dont les longueurs sont décroissantes à partir du barreau 17 le plus éloigné de la barrette 3.
Pour éviter que l'entrejambe 10 du slip se déplace sur le barreau 17 avec lequel il coopère et s'échappe éventuellement dudit barreau, la distance qui sépare la barrette 3 de l'extrémité libre 19 de chacun des barreaux 17 est avantageusement inférieure, comme montré aux figures 2 et 3, à la distance qui sépare cette barrette, de l'extrémité 20 correspondante du barreau 17 associée à la traverse 21.
La barrette 3 et les moyens 9 pourraient, suivant l'invention, être réalisés en une seule pièce mais, pour faciliter la fabrication du présentoir et la pose du slip sur ce dernier, il est avantageux de réaliser, comme montré plus particulièrement à la figure 3, le présentoir en deux pièces. Celles-ci sont assemblées grâce à une patte 18 présentée par la traverse 21 et par des moyens d'immobilisation 22, tels que tétons 23 portés par la barrette 3 et pénétrant dans des ouvertures correspondantes 24 pratiquées dans la patte 18, de ladite patte 18 qui sont agencés sur la barrette 3.
Pour éviter, lorsque le présentoir est réalisé en deux pièces, que les clients séparent ces dernières puis abandonnent lesdites pièces du présentoir et le slip en ordre dispersé dans le rayon, les tétons 23 fixés à la barrette 3 et les ouvertures 24 de la plaque 8 sont profités de telle sorte qu'une fois l'asse mblage des deux pièces réalisé, la séparation de ces dernières ne puisse être obtenue normalement, c'est-à-dire sans provoquer la destruction des moyens d'assemblage des deux pièces.
Il doit être entendu que l'invention n'est nullement limitée à la forme de réalisation décrite et que bien des modifications peuvent être apportées à cette dernière sans sortir du cadre du présent brevet.

The present invention relates to a display for briefs or the like.
At present, the briefs are, for display on sale in particular in self-service stores, hanging from hangers hung on shelves. As there are large differences in overall dimensions between the briefs of the smallest sizes and the briefs of the largest sizes, the arrangement of the shelves to achieve a good presentation of the briefs is difficult.
The object of the invention is to remedy this drawback and to provide a panty display which makes it possible, in order to facilitate the ordering of the shelves, either to reduce the size of large briefs compared to that of small briefs, or , even more advantageously, to present the briefs under the same size and this, whatever their size.
To this end, according to the invention, the display unit comprises a bar, attachment means carried by the bar and arranged to allow the display unit to be hung, furnished with a panty, for its exposure, means for assembling the panty to the bar, carried by the bar and arranged to immobilize the waistband of the panties against the bar, and means associated with the bar and arranged to cooperate with the crotch of the panties, the distance separating the bar from the part of these latter means cooperating with the crotch being less than the distance separating the waistband of the panty from the crotch thereof, so that the panty, fixed to the display bar by its belt, is folded so that the crotch supported by the said part of said last means is folded over the panties.
According to one embodiment of the display unit according to the invention, the length of the bar is less than the length of the waistband of the panties, means being provided on the bar and arranged to immobilize the ends of the belt with respect to the latter. which protrude from the bar and which are folded to be folded over the face of the bar opposite to the face of the latter against which the central part of the waistband of the brief is immobilized.
According to an advantageous embodiment of said display, the means associated with the bar and arranged to cooperate with the crotch of the briefs comprise at least one bar which constitutes the above-mentioned part of said means cooperating with the crotch of the briefs and which extends substantially parallel to the bar, one end of this bar being joined to the bar by a cross member, the other end of the bar being free to allow the crotch of the panty to be threaded therein, the bar and the cross member being between two straight lines parallel passing through the ends of the bar.
According to a particularly advantageous embodiment of the object of the invention, the means associated with the bar and arranged to cooperate with the crotch of the briefs comprise a series of parallel bars spaced from each other and joined by their ends corresponding to the aforementioned cross member, the bar used to support the crotch of the pants being chosen according to the size of the pants.
Other details and particularities of the invention will emerge from the description of the drawings appended to this specification and which represent, by way of nonlimiting example, a particular embodiment of the display unit according to the invention.

The display unit 1 according to the invention and illustrated in the drawings is intended to support, with a view to its exposure, a panty 2 or similar article. This display unit includes a bar 3, attachment means 4, such as hook 5, carried by the bar 3 and arranged to allow the display unit 1 and the brief 2 which it supports to be suspended, assembly means 6, such that two clips 7 located at the ends of the bar, carried by the latter and arranged to immobilize the belt 8 of the pants against the bar 3 and means 9, also associated with the bar, arranged to cooperate with the crotch 10 of the pants. leg 10 above is less than the distance between the belt 8 of the pants of this crotch. So that the panty 2, which is fixed to the bar by its belt 8, is folded, in order to reduce the size of the panty presented in height, so that the crotch 10, threaded and supported by the part II of the means 9, or folded over the panties, this folding down being effected on the face of the panties which is hidden when the display is placed on the shelf.
To limit the overall size of the panty when it is displayed on its display stand and so that this size is the same regardless of the size of the panty, the length of the bar 3 is less than the length of the belt 8 of the panty and the bar comprises means 12, such as clips 13, which are arranged for

8 which overflow on either side of the bar and which are folded to be folded down on the face 15 of the bar opposite to the face of the latter against which is immobilized, by the clips 7, the central part 16 of the belt 8 of the slip.
The means 9 associated with the bar 3, are in the embodiment illustrated in the drawings, constituted by a series of parallel bars 17 extending substantially parallel to the bar. These bars 17, which are spaced apart from one another, have their end 19 which is free to allow the crotch 10 of the panties to be easily inserted therein, while their other end 20 is joined to the bar 3 by a common cross member 21. The bar 17 used to support the crotch 10 of the panties is chosen as a function of the size of the panties, which makes it possible to have the same overall height in the case of panties of different sizes, from the smallest to the largest.
In a simplified embodiment of the aforementioned means 9, it could, according to the invention, provide that the latter comprise only a single bar 17 joined to the bar 3, by its end
20 associated with a cross member 21, the other end 19 of the bar being free. The position of the single bar 17 relative to the bar 3 is for example chosen according to the size of the brief to be presented.
The bar or bars 17 and the cross member 21 are included between the ends of the bar 3 so as not to project laterally with respect to the latter.
Although the bars 17 of the means 9 could be regularly spaced from one another, it has been found that it is preferable, for certain forms of briefs, to space them, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, in an irregular manner to get the same size for briefs of different sizes. In this case, the distance separating the bars 17 located in the vicinity in the center of the series of bars is less than the distance between the bars located near the ends of this series.
Although the bars 17 could have the same length, it appeared advantageous, as illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 3, and for certain forms of briefs, to provide bars 17 whose lengths are decreasing from the bar 17 furthest from bar 3.
To prevent the crotch 10 of the pants from moving on the bar 17 with which it cooperates and possibly escapes from said bar, the distance which separates the bar 3 from the free end 19 of each of the bars 17 is advantageously less, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, at the distance which separates this bar, from the corresponding end 20 of the bar 17 associated with the cross member 21.
The bar 3 and the means 9 could, according to the invention, be made in one piece but, to facilitate the manufacture of the display and the installation of the panties on the latter, it is advantageous to produce, as shown more particularly in the figure 3, the two-piece display. These are assembled by means of a tab 18 presented by the cross member 21 and by immobilization means 22, such as pins 23 carried by the bar 3 and penetrating into corresponding openings 24 made in the tab 18, of said tab 18 which are arranged on the bar 3.
To avoid, when the display is made in two pieces, that the customers separate the latter and then abandon said pieces of the display and the briefs in order dispersed in the department, the pins 23 fixed to the bar 3 and the openings 24 of the plate 8 are used in such a way that once the assembling of the two parts has been carried out, the separation of the latter cannot be obtained normally, that is to say without causing the destruction of the means of assembly of the two parts.
It should be understood that the invention is in no way limited to the embodiment described and that many modifications can be made to the latter without departing from the scope of this patent.
