Abstract

A means for improving and keeping soils and vegetable growth naturally healthy is based on a product containing lactic acid bacteria gained by fermenting bread in water. The new means is characterized by its content of watery fermentated sludge containing living lactic acid bacteria and obtained without intermediate drying from the natural fermentation of leaven bread in water.
