ATOMIZER FOR GASOLINE-OXYGEN CUTTING AND WELDING AND CUTTING.TORCH PROVIDED-WITH THE SAME Field of the invention The present invention relates to atomizer for gasoline-oxygen cutting and welding, and cutting torch provided with the same, and it belongs to the field of mechanical working.
Background of the invention At present, the gasoline-oxygen cutting machine invented by the inventor can cut steel material having a thickness of 300mm, or form through holes on steel plates having a thickness of 80mm. Said cutting machine consists of a cutting nozzle, a special isobaric cutting torch, and a pressure-stabilized liquid supply tank, etc. (see ZL No. 922257310, ZL No. 922448523, ZL No. 942474872). The shortcoming of the cutting machine according to said patents is that because the atomization of gasoline is done in the cutting nozzle, having narrow atomization space and mixing space, the atomization is poor, that is, in the flame, there are sparks formed by small gasoline drops when the gasoline supply is increased for cutting thick plates. Furthermore, the connection between cutting nozzle and the cutting torch connector on the cutting torch is realized by three 30 degree conical planes in coordination wherein some conical planes often have poor contact during operation, therefore cross flow of gas and cross flow of gasoline are formed, making the working condition poorer and the flame not strong and firm enough.
2 The object of the invention is to provide an atomizer for gasoline-oxygen cutting and welding and the cutting torch provided with the same, wherein the energy of oxygen is used for atomizing gasoline, and the atomizer is fixed in the cutting torch head or preheat oxygen tube so as to improve the level of gasoline atomization, obtaining an ideal flame with sufficient burning and good flame concentration as well as easiness of regulation.

In order to achieve sufficient atomization, the outlet of preheat oxygen finetube might be designed to have a shape of conical plane, the angle of the conical plane a 15-60 degree, and the outlet of the gasoline fine-tube being located on the conical plane at the outlet of the preheated oxygen fine-tube.

t.:I Brief description of the Drawings The invention will-be described in details with reference to the embodiments and the attached drawings, wherein: Fig. 1 is a schematic view of the structure of the atomizer for gasoline-oxygen cutting and welding according to the invention; Fig.2 is an embodiment of the atomizer shown in Fig.I; Fig. 3 is a schematic view of the structure of the gasoline-oxygen cutting torch provided with the atomizer; and Figs. 4 and 5 are schematic views of the structure of the cutting torches according to other two structural forms.
Description of the preferred Embodiments of the Invention In Figures 1 and 2, reference mnumeral 1 denotes a body of the atomizer; 2 denotes a gasoline inlet; 3 denotes a preheated oxygen inlet; 4 denotes a preheated oxygen fine-tube (or fine-tube for supplying preheated oxygen); and 5 denotes a gasoline fine-bube (or fine-tube for supplying gasoline). The working principle of the atomizer shown in the figures is that: when the preheated oxygen is supplied from the inlet 3 into the fine tube 4, it disperses the gasoline sent through the gasoline fine-tube 5 into a very fine fog and then the latter will enter the cutting nozzle, and spray from the tail of the cutting nozzle for ignition and operation. In this process, oxygen and atomized gasoline are sufficiently mixed, and this is the main reason why an ideal flame can be obtained. In the atomizer, the diameter of the preheated oxygen fine-tube 4 is the diameter of gasoline fine-tube 5 is 0.5-0.8 mm; and the distance H between the position, where fine tube 5 enters fine tube 4, and the end surface of the atomizer equals 0.5-3mm. In one embodiment of the invention, the diameter of preheated oxygen fine-tube is lmm; the diameter of fine gasoline tube is 0.5mm; and H=lmm.
The outlet 6 of the preheated oxygen fine-tube may be a conical plane with an angle a =30-90 degree. The outlet of the gasoline finetube 5 is just located on the conical plane. Therefore, a negative pressure caused by a high-speed oxygen flow may enable the gasoline supply system to supply the gasoline well.
