Abstract
The invention relates to a starting unit (30) for using in drive systems, especially drive systems of motor vehicles, comprising a hydraulic coupling (2) and a lock-up coupling (3) which are connected in parallel. According to the invention, the drive sides of the lock-up coupling (3) and the hydraulic coupling (2) are interconnected in a rotationally-fixed manner. In addition, said unit can be combined with brake devices (11) and/or vibration dampers (17). The individual components are preferably combined to form a modular unit which is integrated into the transmission.
